The preposition “con”
Use con (with) + the pronouns you’ve already learned for him, her, them, us, and you (pl.)
Ana y Nicolás van en el bus con nosotros.
Norma va con ustedes. Marta va con Pepe.
The following expressions mean with me and with you: Yo practico deportes conTIGO (with you)
y tú estudias conMIGO (with me).

“QUE” (that, which, or who)
The word que, used to refer to people or things, means that, which, or who.
Tengo una amiga que habla hebreo. (I have a friend who speaks hebrew.)La comida que me gusta comer es pizza.

Días de la semana
To say that you do something on a particular day, use el + day of the week. El viernes voy al cine con Matilda. (ON Friday, I’m going to the
movies with Matilda.)
To say that you do something regularly on a certain day, use los + the day. Los viernes ceno con mis padres. (ON Fridays, I have dinner with
my parents.)
You do not use el or los before the day when you say what day of the week it is. Hoy es lunes. (Today is Monday.)
The days of the week are not capitalized in Spanish text.
