Technical details: Milk cooling tank, situated nearby milking point in stable Piping from milk-cool tank to cheeseplant: under the ground (appr. 15 metre) Capacity o the cheese vat: 5000 litre Maximum process volume of milk per day: 20.000 litre Yearly capacity based upon 200 production days: 4.000.000 litre Size of cheeses: 12 kg, 16 kg, 30 kg (Gouda) Heating system: 200 kW (on gas) Boiler-capacity: 1000 litre CIP tank: 650 litre, with automatic dosing of lye Wash water tank for washing the curd and flushing the equipment: 1000 litre

Building: Separate area’s for processing, brining, storage-ripening and utilities Processing area: 12 x 8 metre Brining: 5,0 x 6,0 metre; brine pool: 4,00 x 2,60 x 1,80 mtr Brining pool: 4,0 x 2,6 x 1,8 metre Utilities on second floor: 5,00 x 8,00 metre Inside walls: insulation sandwich panels Ceilings: insulation panels, water resistant synthetic materials Floors: tilings with anti slip surface

• The cheese maker is a unique piece of equipment, invented by Dutch automation company Wilee techniek, which combines three stages of production:– Curdling

– pre-pressing

– pressing.

• It is a closed production facility, which eliminates the human factor effect and guarantees clean production cycle.

With the cheese maker your factory only needs 2 people

per shift for perfect operation. The quality of

cheese is constant, the recipe can be changed by pressing

the operator screen.

You benefit from Dutch cheese quality, prepared in

your country, which is surely a competitive advantage on

the local market.

• Big advantage of our solution lays also in it’s small sizes. The dimensions of the cheese maker were specially made to be suitable for fitting in the sea container, which makes the transportation of the equipment and its installation very fast.

• The whole cheese line with the cheese maker doesn’t need a big space and may be fitted in an area of 150 square meters.

• Several units may be installed together and work in parallel to process bigger amounts of milk.
