Pretest:
Pretesting is not used just to make a go/no go decision. It is also used to help guideand improve execution.
We conduct three types of tests initially

The topics are divided into four categories.

The level of training is different for each category .Separate methodology is used

Collaborative learning methodology:
Active participation of the student is necessary to keep everything in longterm memory and practice is necessary to convert into skill.
LTPD (Learn, Try, Practice and Demonstrate) model to make the studentperfect on each module up to desired level.
We divide each class (60 students) into ten groups Each group consisting of six students will have One Leader, One
Reporter, One Recorder, One Monitor and Two Wildcards with distinct
roles and responsibilities to achieve learning outcomes.
Two Groups will be formed as a Team which will be endorsed to alecturer or professor as a mentor.
One chief mentor will be there for five mentors and overall programcoordinator will coordinate the entire program.
A class consists ten groups, five teams, five mentors, one chiefcoordinator.

Three stage trainers:
Successful training - that which produces the desired result - lies almost entirely
in the hands of the trainer. A trained trainer will ensure that the trainees achieve
the maximum possible from the training and meet required levels of
