• ESTADO NUTRICIONAL

• COLOR – palidez, cianosis

• DEFORMIDAD DEL TORAX

• PULSOS PERIFERICOS OBSERVABLES

• MOVIMIENTOS RESPIRATORIOS – taquipnea, disnea, presencia de quejido respiratorio

• DEDOS PALILLO DE TAMBOR – defectos cardiacos congénitos cianóticos

– Palpación y Percusión:

•Tórax – tamaño del corazón

•Abdomen – hepatomegalia y/o esplenomegalia

• Pulsos periféricos – frecuencia, regularidad, amplitud e intensidad

– Auscultación: • Corazón – presencia de soplos

• Frecuencia y ritmo cardiaco – posibles diferencias entre el pulso central y los periféricos
