GASTRONOMÍA DE LA VILLA Y TIERRA La gastronomía de la comarca de Villa y Tierra de Cuéllar tiene entre sus principales atractivos el lechazo asado en horno de leña, que comparte protagonismo en los municipios de la provincia segoviana con el cochinillo. Las verduras y hortalizas frescas de la huerta del Carracillo acompañan guisos y platos de temporada, como también las setas y los níscalos. Tradicionales son los platos de cuchara, las recetas de caza y los dulces, que tienen la achicoria y el piñón como materia prima. La Villa de Cuellar tiene una importante tradición de tapeo y bares y restaurantes ofrecen durante todo el año una amplia variedad de pinchos, tapas y raciones. QUÉ VER EN CUÉLLAR, ISLA DEL MUDÉJAR EN ELMAR DE PINARES

· Castillo de los Duques de Alburquerque de Cuellar: declarado Monumento Artístico Nacional en 1931. Visitas teatralizadas y visitas guiadas. · Conjunto amurallado y puertas de las murallas de Cuellar: Desde arriba se pueden contemplar las mejores vistas del mar de pinares. · Parque de la Huerta del Duque. · Centro de interpretación de las Tenerías. · Las aventuras de Espronceda. Recorrido teatralizado desde Tenerías hasta San Francisco todos los fines de semana de julio y agosto a las 20h. · El Henar: Santuario de Nuestra Señora El Henar y pradera de El Henar.· Pasear por Cuéllar… Un paseo guiado parte desde la Capilla de La Magdalena hacia el Palacio de Pedro I, Plaza Mayor y Ayuntamiento con su patio isabelino, Parroquia de San Miguel con obras de Bolduque, Luca Giordano y de la escuela de Gregorio Fernández, para bajar por una de las calles más señoriales de Cuéllar que vio nacer a grandes conquistadores.… Por la villa y sus rincones, perderse por sus rincones es adentrarse en nuestro pasado desde el arco de Santiago, las pilas del Éxangel y Santa Marina y visitar nuestros Conventos de la Concepción y Santa Clara dónde descansan los restos de los Duques de Alburquerque.… Ruta literaria,” Inspirados en Cuellar”, es una ruta que nos permite conocer esos rincones que inspiraron a poetas como Delibes, Espronceda o Alfonsa de la Torre.… Por pinares y riberas, pasear por el río Cega es un paseo sensorial, otra manera de disfrutar, un juego de colores y sonidos. Allá dónde el río Cega se encaja en los arenales creando un sugerente y atractivo hábitat.… La judería de Cuéllar, cruzar el arco de la judería es adentrarse en el medievo. Aún se pueden escuchar los susurros de los judíos que acudían a la sinagoga a escuchar a Rabi Simuel, el médico de Don Beltrán, famoso por llenar la sinagoga de cristianos viejos en sus discursos.... WHAT TO SEE IN CUÉLLAR, THE MUDEJAR ISLAND IN THE PINE FORESTS SEA

· Albuquerque Duke´s Castle: declared National Artistic Monument in 1931. Theater visits and guided tours. · Walls and gates of the walls of Cuéllar: From the top you can see the best views of the pine forests sea. · Huerta del Duque park. · Interpretation Center of Tenerías. · The Adventures of Espronceda. Teatralized tour from Tenerías to San Francisco every weekend of July and August at 8pm. · El Henar: Sanctuary of Nuestra Señora de El Henar and meadow of El Henar.· To walk around Cuéllar… A guided walk starts from the Chapel of La Magdalena towards the Palace of Pedro I, Plaza Mayor and Town Hall with its Elizabethan courtyard, Parish of San Miguel with works of Bolduque, Luca Giordano and the school of Gregorio Fernandez, to descend by one of the most noble streets of Cuellar that saw the birth of great conquerors....
