Project Management

AREEBA recognize that project management is the key to success on all contracts, large or small. Our internal structure enables our client’s objective of completing a project on time and within budget to be fulfilled.

Project managers have full responsibility for their projects, and have access to a back up team containing, supervisors, technicians and a flexible workforce comprising of air conditioning engineers, controls engineers, electricians, sheet metal fabricators, plumbers and fitters/welders.

Effective co-ordination and communication of all trades including sub-contractors is considered fundamental to completing a successful project for our clients. We can therefore offer our client a service of tasking all areas of the project operations, inclusive of planning, communication and implementation to an agreed programmed of works.

Health & SafetyAREEBA are fully conversant with all matters relating to Health and Safety within theConstruction Industry.For all projects, risk assessments and method statements are produced for inclusion within our Health and Safety file.

An audit of the project matters of Health and Safety is carried out at regular intervals, to the dates as set out in the Programme of works, by our in house Health and Safety Advisor who will report his findings to the Managing Director.

During the installation period we offer:·Health & Safety representation at site as required by the client or Management Team.·Regular 'Toolbox' talks ensuring ourare up to date with current regarding safety.·Designated personnel to deal with first aid Health & Safety issue reporting to officer.
