UNIDADES DIDÁTICAS
Este Material Didático propõe uma abordagem para o ensino e
aprendizagem de vocabulário em Inglês a partir da e laboração de um dicionário
ilustrado com alunos de 5ª série (ou 6º ano) do ens ino fundamental do período
vespertino. Neste material estão propostas duas uni dades didáticas a serem
desenvolvidas ao longo de um bimestre compreendendo aproximadamente vinte
aulas práticas. As atividades englobam o estudo de vocabulário enfocando
aspectos diversos da língua tais como imagem, valor semântico, oralidade,
escrita, ortografia, grupo gramatical e os contexto s nos quais os vocábulos são
utilizados.
Na condução das atividades são priorizadas práticas didáticas
que incentivam a participação do aluno na construçã o do conhecimento proposto
em cada aula por meio de temas ou assuntos pertinen tes ao planejamento escolar
oficial. A perspectiva nesta proposta de Intervençã o é a de fazer com que o aluno
busque a interação com os colegas, com o professor e com o objeto de estudo no
sentido de facilitar a aprendizagem e assim poder c onsolidar mais eficazmente o
conhecimento objetivado. Ressalte-se que na conduçã o das atividades as
orientações são dadas tanto em LEM-inglês quanto em língua materna visto que
algumas atividades requerem um nível de explicitaçã o mais detalhado.
Para a realização da proposta didática o aluno est ará
envolvido com momentos de aprendizagem e avaliação simultâneos a fim de
verificar como as estratégias didáticas contribuem para a aprendizagem e para a
construção do conhecimento de vocabulário em língua inglesa. Entende-se que,
numa proposta de interação e maior democratização d as ações e práticas
didáticas alternativas em sala de aula, tanto aluno s como professor se inserem
numa dinâmica que pode sinalizar para um cresciment o não apenas cultural e
lingüístico mas, sobretudo, para o desenvolvimento da reflexão sobre a própria
aprendizagem e da formação do aluno como cidadão.

interesting part is “Lata Velha”. Angélica presents “Video Game” all the afternoons from
Monday to Friday; on Saturdays she presents “Estrel as” and during the programme she
interviews famous people. She is a beautiful and co mmunicative person. Luciano,

• O dicionário será organizado de ordem alfabética, o aluno organiza o mesmo conforme os vocábulos surgem nas aulas.

Step 2: Then the teacher distributes the pictures a nd the written forms among students in
different groups.
Step 3: The teacher gives from 10 to 15 minutes to the students to form the correct pair
(Picture and the corresponding job).
Step 4: Finally the students form sentences orally and the classmates take notes.
Example: Diego is a gymnast.
Step 5: The teacher corrects the sentences on the b oard and ask the students to repeat
them.
ACTIVITY 3: Dialogue: The teacher puts some questio ns on the board to students answer.
Then the teacher also asks two students to read a d ialogue aloud and the students mark
the answers.
