Hiring ManagerHiring Manager is part of LinkedIn Recruiter and allows the recruiter to share profiles of interest from a project with a hiring manager. The hiring manager then has the ability to view profiles, provide a customizable rating and add feedback regarding the potential candidates. The recruiter can then track reviews in the LinkedIn Recruiter Platform.

Talent Pipeline

Talent Pipeline enables recruiters to connect the names on a résumé to their LinkedIn profiles. The idea is to enable them to build a bigger internal database with more information in it, including notes on a candidate that the hiring managers can share with each other, thus making LinkedIn more important to them.

Import candidate records (resumes, spreadsheets, notes, anything), keeping them private for your organization’s use only

Imported resumes can be synced with LinkedIn profiles as they are updated

Single search, you can search across LinkedIn profiles as well as ASTRI candidate records/resumes

Tag LinkedIn profiles, and these tags are only visible to the ASTRI team

Search within and across tags, notes, activities, reviews, projects, reminders, and of course all standard search fields

Follow candidates in Talent Pipeline and set up alerts to be notified of any public changes to the profiles

Add a status to people in LinkedIn’s Talent Pipeline – not contacted, contacted, screened, declined, offer, applied, etc.

By utilizing our Jobs Network and posting your professional jobs on LinkedIn, the technology will push ASTRI jobs to active and passive talent with targeted & viral distribution. These posting are displayed on the suitable members profile page under ‘Jobs You May Be Interested In’, on ASTRI LinkedIn Career Page and emailed to relevant members on a regular bases.

By placing ASTRI jobs on LinkedIn it will increase the visibility of your jobs and increase potential referrals as employees, and ex-employees, can forward positions to candidates they believe will be suitable. On average each job post gets forwarded 11 times, and all get automatically indexed by search engines and job aggregators.

The increase will also populate the ASTRI LinkedIn Career Page with your open positions, making it easier for potential candidates to view jobs that are relevant to them rather than search ASTRI website or job boards.
