actividades o fuentes reguladas por la Superintendencia del Medio Ambiente (SMA), deberán ser ejecutadas por una o más Entidades
Técnicas de Fiscalización Ambiental (ETFA), en el o los alcance(s) específico(s) autorizado(s):
(aire-emisiones atmosféricas de fuentes fijas; aire-ruido; aguas; suelos; lodos y compost; residuos y sedimentos).
