Grown on the hills of Tanneron we nurture it and devote our time to it. The Mimosa Garden boasts 11 varieties. On the last weekend in January we celebrate the first shoots. Pégomas has a reputation as a pleasant and colourful holiday haven. You must stop off here to discover its truly beautiful multifaceted nature. TANNERON Tanneron is made up of twenty-two hamlets nestled in the heart of the Tanneron massif and is the largest area of cultivated and wild mimosa in France. It’s truly wonderful to see these forests of fluffy yellow blossoms in their natural environment. From December to March the abundant flowers of the mimosa offer a perfumed, bright-golden surprise: a real delight. BORMES-LES-MIMOSAS The most beautiful “village in bloom” of France. A medieval 12th century village with 700 species of rare trees and plants. From January to March this medieval town wears beautiful bright yellow and wonderful perfume. The mimosa capital of the Var, the town boasts over 90 varieties. The famous white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Cabasson, Brégancon, l’Estagnol and Pellegrin are all nearby. GRASSE Clinging to the sun-soaked hills, the town reveals its charms to those who wander through its winding lanes and welcoming squares. The world capital of perfume, Grasse highlights its rich heritage thanks to its “Ville d’Art et d’Histoire” label (Art and History Town). The historical centre, the international museum of perfume and its perfumeries all attract visitors to the town. MANDELIEU-LA-NAPOULE This first stop in the Alpes Maritimes region is the birthplace of mimosa. It is located at the foot of the Tanneron Massif which is home to the largest mimosa forest in Europe. Must sees include the Chemin des Douaniers and its castles before heading into the Estérel Massif where the red volcanic rocks plummeting into the turquoise water is definitely worth the detour. SAINT-RAPHAëL Saint-Raphaël, accredited “station classée”, is located at the gateway to the Esterel Massif. Come and discover its exceptional coastline and wonderfully-preserved countryside. Its 36 kilometres of coastline will lead you from the heart of the town on the water’s edge right to the Bay of Agay, passing by ports and marinas, the secret coves of Boulouris and the Ile d’Or. The Corniche d’Or, cut into the rock, overhangs the extraordinarily translucent shallows. SAINTE-MAXIME With 11km of Mediterranean coastline, Sainte-Maxime is a haven of calm where you can savour unforgettable moments wandering along the water’s edge. The Provencal charm can be found in its traditional tiled houses, typical market, narrow shop-lined streets and shaded promenade. The whole family will enjoy the many activities on offer. RAYOL-CANADEL-SUR-MER Rayol-Canadel is a tranquil and charming village. Founded in 1925 with a 300 hectare extension of the Môle, the village became independent in 1949. It is made up of 3 areas along 4km of the RD559 road. An exceptional place where the wooded hills of the Corniche des Maures plummet into the blue waters of the Mediterranean with magnificent views of the îles d’or. On the last weekend in Januarywe celebrate the first shoots. Pégomas has a reputation as a pleasantand colourful holiday haven. You must stop off here to discoverits truly beautiful multifaceted nature.

TANNERONTanneron is made up of twenty-two hamlets nestled in the heartof the Tanneron massif and is the largest area of cultivatedand wild mimosa in France. It’s truly wonderful to see these forestsof fluffy yellow blossoms in their natural environment. From December to March the abundant flowers of the mimosa offera perfumed, bright-golden surprise: a real delight.

BORMES-LES-MIMOSASThe most beautiful “village in bloom” of France.A medieval 12th century village with 700 species of rare trees and plants. From January to March this medieval town wears beautiful bright yellowand wonderful perfume. The mimosa capital of the Var, the town boasts over90 varieties. The famous white sandy beaches and crystal clear watersof Cabasson, Brégancon, l’Estagnol and Pellegrin are all nearby.

GRASSEClinging to the sun-soaked hills, the town reveals its charms to those

who wander through its winding lanes and welcoming squares. The world capital of perfume, Grasse highlights its rich heritage thanks

to its “Ville d’Art et d’Histoire” label (Art and History Town). The historical centre, the international museum of perfume

and its perfumeries all attract visitors to the town.

MANDELIEU-LA-NAPOULEThis first stop in the Alpes Maritimes region is the birthplace of mimosa.

It is located at the foot of the Tanneron Massif which is hometo the largest mimosa forest in Europe.

Must sees include the Chemin des Douaniers and its castlesbefore heading into the Estérel Massif where the red volcanic rocksplummeting into the turquoise water is definitely worth the detour.

SAINT-RAPHAëLSaint-Raphaël, accredited “station classée”, is located at the gatewayto the Esterel Massif. Come and discover its exceptional coastline and

wonderfully-preserved countryside. Its 36 kilometres of coastline will lead you from the heart of the town on the water’s edge right to the Bay of Agay, passing

by ports and marinas, the secret coves of Boulouris and the Ile d’Or. The Corniche d’Or, cut into the rock, overhangs the extraordinarily translucent shallows.

SAINTE-MAxIMEWith 11km of Mediterranean coastline, Sainte-Maxime is a haven of calm

where you can savour unforgettable moments wandering along the water’s edge. The Provencal charm can be found in its traditional tiled houses, typical market,

narrow shop-lined streets and shaded promenade. The whole family will enjoy the many activities on offer.

RAyOL-CANADEL-SUR-MERRayol-Canadel is a tranquil and charming village. Founded in 1925

with a 300 hectare extension of the Môle, the village became independent in 1949. It is made up of 3 areas along 4km of the RD559 road. An exceptional place

where the wooded hills of the Corniche des Maures plummet into the blue waters of the Mediterranean with magnificent views of the îles d’or.
