1 - TELAIO COMPATTO 6 - GRUPPO PERNO CENTRALE
Il telaio è solido e resistente, ripara totalmente il cilindro assicurando una completa protezione da urti e colpi accidentali durante il lavoro. Il corpo principale è uno scatolato rinforzato costruito con acciaio ad alto limite elastico (700MPa) sia per il corpo che per il becco mobile, con particolari in acciaio antiusura (400HBW) per affrontare adeguatamente i vari tipi di stress a cui la macchina viene sottoposta.
Massiccio, robusto e super-resistente alle spinte; la flangia di chiusura è molto compatta e lascia grande visibilità durante l’utilizzo della macchina. Il montaggio è eseguito con azoto ed in interferenza con il foro di alloggiamento. Si ottiene così massima affidabilità e resistenza.
2 - LAMA ANTIUSURA BECCO 7 - GRUPPO DI ROTAZIONE
Posizionata in sostituzione della saldatura di riporto e studiata per proteggere al meglio il becco dall’usura del taglio, può essere girata 8 volte. Questo sistema garantisce la funzionalità e la durata del becco riducendo di molto i tempi di manutenzione necessari per preservarne l’efficienza.
La rotazione è a 360° ed è azionata da un motore idraulico dotato di valvola anticavitazionale, necessaria per protegge la meccanica del gruppo di rotazione nel caso in cui il pezzo che si sta tagliando tenda a far ruotare la cesoia.

1 - KOMPAKTER RAHMEN 6 - ZENTRALER ZAPFEN
Der robuste und strapazierfähige Rahmen schützt den Zylinder und sorgt somit für einen vollkommenen Schutz vor versehentlichen Schlägen und Stößen während der Arbeit. Der Hauptkörper besteht aus einem stählernen Kasten mit hoher Streckgrenze (700MPa) von Körper und beweglichem Maul und Bauteilen aus abnutzungsfestem Stahl (400HBW), so dass die Maschine unterschiedlichsten Belastungsanforderungen gewachsen ist.
Massiv, robust und super-resistent gegen Schubkräfte; der sehr kompakte Verschluss ansch sorgt für gute Sichtverhältnisse beim Gebrauch der Maschine. Die Montage wird mit Sticksto und in Interferenz mit der Gehäusebohrung ausgeführt. Das Ergebnis ist maximale Zuverlässigkeit, Resistenz und geringe Standzeiten.
2 - VERSCHLEISSSCHUTZKAPPEAM SCHNEIDKIEFER 7 - ROTATIONSEINHEIT
Alle Verschweißpunkte sind überarbeitet. Um den Verschleiß zu minimierten, können die Messer 8 mal gedreht werden.Dieses System garantiert optimale Funktionalität und reduziert die Wartungszeit.
Die 360° Rotation wird durch einen hydraulischen Drehmotor gewährleistet. Dieser ist mit einem Anti-Gravitations-Ventil ausgestattet. Dieses Ventil schützt die Rotationseinheit vor Überbelastungen, welche auftreten können, wenn das zu schneidente Material die Schere dreht.

1 - BASTIDOR COMPACTO 4 - PERNO CENTRAL
El bastidor es sólido y resistente. Protege completamente el cilindro de choques y golpes accidentales durante el trabajo. El cuerpo principal es una caja reforzada construida con acero de alto límite elástico (700MPa) tanto para el cuerpo como para el pico móvil, con detalles en acero antidesgaste (400HBW) para abordar adecuadamente los distintos tipos de estrés a los que está sometida la máquina.
Macizo, robusto y ultrarresistente a los empujes; la brida de cierre es muy compacta y deja gran visibilidad durante el uso de la máquina. El montaje se realiza con nitrógeno y en interferencia con el orificio de alojamiento. De esta forma, se obtienen máxima fiabilidad, resistencia y la máquina debe detenerse menos veces.
2 - PUNTA DE CUCHILLA ANTI-ROTURA 7 - GRUPO DE ROTACIÓN
Posicionada en sustitución de la soldadura de retorno y estudiada para proteger de la mejor manera la punta de corte de su rotura, puede ser girada para su reutilización 8 veces. Este sistema garantiza la función y la durabilidad de la punta, reduciendo ampliamente los tiempos de mantenimiento necesarios garantizando así la máxima eficiencia.
La rotación es a 360° yes accionada por un motor hidráulico dotado de válvula anti cavitación, necesario para proteger la mecánica del grupo de rotación en el caso en que un trozo que esté cortando haga girar la cizalla.

1 - CHÂSSIS COMPACT 6 - PIVOT CENTRAL
Le châssis est solide et résistant, il protège complètement le vérin en assurant une protection complète contre les chocs et les coups accidentels durant le travail. Le corps principal est une structure renforcée construite en acier à haute limite élastique (700MPa), aussi bien pour le corps que pour le bec mobile, avec des éléments en acier anti-usure (400HBW).
Massif, robuste et super résistant aux secousses; la bride de fermeture est très compacte et permet une grande visibilité durant l’utilisation de la machine. Le montage est e effectué avec de l’azote et en interférence avec le trou de logement. Cela permet d’obtenir une habilité et résistance maximales, et des arrêts de la machine mineurs.
2 - LAME ANTI-USURE DU BEC 7 - GROUPE DE ROTATION
Placée à la place de la soudure de remplissage et conçue pour mieux protéger le bec contre l’usure de coupe, elle peut être tournée 8 fois.Ce système garantit la fonction-nalité ainsi que la durée du bec en réduisant considérablement le temps de maintenance nécessaire pour préserver son efficacité.
