    Amend Condition No. 56g to read Additional analysis of circulation issues raised by thetraffic study shall be done by City Engineer and adjustments made accordinglyconsistent with the subdivision design and street alignment as shown in 32339.

    Amend Condition No. 57 to read Madison Street right of way shall be dedicated as anAugmented Major (B) street of 100' width. Madison Street shall be constructed as a

    four lane street designed to a width of 88'. Traffic calming devices shall be included atthe intersection of Avenue 49 and Madison Street.

    Amend Condition No. 61 to read All off-site improvements along:a) Madison Street shall be constructed as part of the first phase, but not to exceed morethan one year from date of recorded final map.

    Amend Condition No. 62a to read dedicate the required right of way along:a)Madison Street to City of Indio per General Plan for an Augmented Major (B) street of100' width. See attached cross section. Madison Street shall be constructed as a fourlane street designed to a width of 88'. Traffic calming devices shall be included at theintersection of Avenue 49 and Madison Street.
