S i te ManagementOur s i te managers are highly experienced individuals with a wealthof knowledge, al lowing the continued inspection and supervis ion ofour s i tes through to completion.The s ite manager wi l l monitor the s ite extensively; ensur ing theimplementation of the design intent and specif icat ion. This role ispivotal in maintaining a productive working relat ionship on s i tethroughout the bui ld process.We are supporters of the Considerate Constructors Scheme andmanage al l aspects of the construction process to adhere to i tspol icies. Our team wil l work with thecl ient to agree a conceptual design and develop this into apackage contain ing al l documentat ion and drawings required bythe planning authority. Throughout the planning process we wi l lprovide support and guidance to guarantee planning permiss ion isgranted.


Project del iveryOnce planning i s achieved, the architectural team wi l l develop theconceptual planning drawings into a del iverable project. This wil lentai l the development of al l structural, mechanical , electr ical,detai led and l ight ing drawings, along with the specif ication of al lf i tted items and f inishes.In conjunction with the development of the design, the team wil lmanage and gain al l permiss ions required for the construct ionprocess, including party wal l matters.


A lot of practices produce planning permiss ion appl icat iondocuments and bui ld ing drawings, few of them have architectsin it, even fewer have RIBA members in i t . We do . We won’t treatyour appl icat ion as a document to be approved but we wi l lguide you to the best solut ion to be approved, we are notbureaucrats we are architects .

Kamile has started her career with a focus onthe luxury residential market in central London,which includes such prest igious projects as aMayfai r Res idence, a Belgravia Townhouse andtwo Kens ington Townhouses moments f romHyde Park. Kamile has an innate talent forcreating dist inct ive and innovative conceptualschemes, which she is able to del iver expert lythrough to fruit ion.

Chane completed her BA(Hons) inJohannesburg and holds a degree in IntegratedMarket ing Communicat ions . Whi lst abroad,Chane worked on global luxury brands in theStrategic Planning unit of Gendel and NetworkBBDO.

Prior to joining the f irm in 2014, Chane was onthe Analyt ics team for M& C Saatchi Londonand Human Digi ta l where she also managedluxury cl ients’ onl ine communit ies . With a focuson market ing, Chane expert ly administers thestrategic vis ion for The nu:group’s onl inepresence, and oversees the pr ivate membersconcierge for high profi le cl ientele.

S ince complet ing him Masters at The Univers i tyof Naples Federico I I , Carmine has col laboratedwith high profi le architectural practices in Italy,winning several international awards beforejoining The nu:group in 2015. As anaccompl ished architect, Carmine’s work hasentered New Guggenheim Museum in Hels ink i ,F in land, and won a s lew of awards for theAquatic Centre in Terni , Italy. Carmines awardwinning portfol io encompasses both luxuryres ident ia l and commercial developments,inclus ive of the Ferrar i Mubadala Resort in AbuDhabi .

On luxury residential projects in West London,Carmine is responsible for al l conceptual input,developing h igh-end specif icat ions, overseeingsite vis its and cl ient meetings, ass ist ing designersand project managers and consult ing withmanufacturers .

S imone earned his Masters degree f rom TheUnivers ity of Naples Federico I I . Fol lowing hisstudies, S imone’s profess ional growth beganwithin the university. As assistant professor hetaught Advanced Architectural Des ign. Hesimultaneously worked within establ ished luxuryarchitectural f i rms in the South of Italy. S imone isa highly ski l led designer, particularly in 2D /3Dvisual isat ion and rendering graphics.

As an ARB l icensed architect, h i s competencesrange from sustainable architecture, renewableenergies to high-level graphic ski l ls . S imoneeffort less ly takes cl ients ideas from conceptionthrough to complet ion, with a balanced fus ionof technical and creative prof iciency.
