El comparativo se usa para hacer una comparacin entre dos cosas, personas, situaciones etc.
He speaks more languages than me
(el come tanta torta como yo)
comparativo + sustantivo singular + as
as much + sustantivo singular + as
comparativo + sustantivo + than
more + sustantivo + than
Aunque si no es muy usado, en las frases negativas es posible
sustituir so en vez de as adelante del sustantivo.
(el habla ms idiomas que yo)
comparativo + sustativo plural + as
as many + sustantivo plural + as
He speask as many languages as I do(El habla tantos idiomas cuanto los hablo yo)
He eats as much cake as me

ej.:
comparativo + sustantivo plural + than
fewer + sustantivo plural + than
He speaks fewer languages than I do.(el habla menos idiomas que yo)
comparativo + sustantivo singular + than
less + sustantivo singular + than
He eats less bread than me(el come menos pan que yo)
El comparativo de inferioridad, muchas veces se sustituye con la forma negativa del comparativo de igualdad.
He doesn't speak as many languages as I do

El superlativo se usa para hacer una comparacin en relacion de superiodidad entre, cosas, personas, situaciones etc.

He drinks the least milk of them(El beve menos leche que los demas)

superlativo + sustantivo + of/in
He reads the most newspapers of them(Ella lee mas revistas que ellos)
