The «Cosmos» hotel was designed and build in the Soviet Union period.

Year of activity start- 1982.

The complex is situated on the raised stylobat which consists from two terraces with wide granite stairs, grounds and flowerbeds.The “Cosmos” hotel was built according to the individual project. The building is created on a base of reinforced concrete and it has 22 floors. ,

The 1st and 2nd floors must be increased for a Convention Center placement

The rooms surface must be increased to minimum 20 sq. m. by the balconies usage

Up on the actual restaurant can be constructed the 3rd floor with a pool and concert hall / night club placement
