MOTION FOR DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS
TO THE HONORABLE COURT:
COMES NOW plaintiffs, through the undersigned attorney, who very respectfully
states and prays as follows:
In compliance with this Courts Order, defendants deposited the amount of
$5,348,365.16 as final payment of the outstanding Judgment.
As soon as the funds become available, we respectfully request that this Honorable
Court order the Clerk of the Court, to issue sixty two (62) separated checks in favor of
