    Este proyecto consta de un edificio destinado para el uso de oficinas; est conformado por una planta baja, ni

    nivel 2 y un nivel 3, con una distribucin de espacios para oficinas. De acuerdo al reglamento de D el edific

    clasifica como construccin del grupo !.

    El edificio est compuesto por una serie de marcos estructurales de concreto refor"ado, adems cuenta con

    elementos como son los muros divisorios, los cuales estn construidos con tabi#ue rojo de dimensiones $%12%2y aplanados con mortero por ambas caras.
