Vision: To enable access and maintenance of Village Land
Records in an Easy, Transparent and Secure manner.
Objectives To convert physical Village Land Records into Electronic

To automate maintenance and updation of Village Land
Records in a secure manner. To set up e-Dhara Kendras (e-DKs) for accessing and updating
of Land Records in a scalable manner
To charge user fee for self sustainable structure.

Wave of change in record maintenance and piloted in
Junagadh, Vanthali Taluka.

As on today, all 227 talukas are on central server solution
Monthly 80,000 mutations take place at e- Dhara Kendras and
from it 20,000 mutations take place automatically due tointegration with registration
Approx. 40 lacs of copies of ROR getting printed every month

the NIC Gujarat unit.
Client : Windows platform (98SE, 2000, ME and XP).
Servers : Windows OS (98SE, 2000, 2003 or Win NT) with SQL

Front end in Visual Basic 6.0 | Back end

Meant only for viewing and verifying of records. The module can
be run over a dial-up line.
