La casa se encontraba en estado de ruina total hasta que en 2017 Hidden Away Hotels inició un proceso de reconstrucción integral empleando materiales y técnicas tradicionales para mantener la esencia de las grandes casas mallorquinas, pero al mismo tiempo con todo el confort y la tecnología actuales.

The house was in a state of utter ruin until, in 2017, Hidden Away Hotels started a process of complete reconstruction using traditional materials and techniques to honour the essence of the great Mallorcan houses, while providing at the same time all the comfort and technologies of the present day.

Das Haus war eine komplette Ruine, bis Hidden Away Hotels 2017 die Renovierungsarbeiten initiierte, wobei traditionelle Materialien und Techniken verwendet wurden, um die Essenz der großen Häuser Mallorcas zu bewahren. Gleichzeitig wurde es sehr komfortabel und modern ausgestattet.
