Dear guests, to guarantee our best event organisation we ask that you take note of the following:

The Tapas menus include one serving every 4 diners and all menus a bottle of wine every 3 although we can always serve more if requested.

The main course dishes must to be chosen a maximum of 7 working days before the reservation.

We can adapt our menus to special diets and allergies. All those not specified in advance to our commercial department will be charged separately.

The menus may change depending on the total number of diners, per season and changes of current menu.

We appreciate punctuality, so we can keep your reservation confirmed a maximum of 30 minutes after the previously set time. A late arrival may alter the good quality of the service.

In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

These menus are valid during Christmas season from Novenber 18th until January 6th.

GROUP CONFIRMATIONSTo guarantee the reservation, it must be confirmed with a 50% bank transfer and proof of payment:• Groups of less than 50: 4 working days

before.• Groups of 50 to 100 people: 6 working days

before .• Groups of more than 100 people: 10

working days before.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONSCancellations or changes in reservations will not be allowed within:• Groups of less than 50 people: 2 working

days before.• Groups of 50 to 100 people: 4 working days

before.• Groups of more than 100 people: 10

working days before.Otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.

PAYMENTAll our prices include 10% VAT.

We require extra payment for anything that doesn´t appear in the menú.

All extras must be paid in the restaurant during or immediately after the event.

The final invoice will be sent within 7 working days after the event.
