The  EzeFare  mobile  digital  pass  system  gives  your  transit  agency  the  unique  opportunity  to  provide  customers  with  the  ability  to  purchase  passes  for  single,  mul:ple  and  unlimited  monthly  rides  on  the  transit  system.

The  customer-­‐focused    App  is  user-­‐friendly  and  provides  the  customer    with  many  features  that  encourages  ridership.    

The  App  is  available    for  iPhone,  Android    and  Blackberry  (10  and  later  versions)

Features  include:  

•   Digital  pass  is  displayed  on  phone  screen    with  a  moving  image.  Time  remaining  on    pass  validity  is  displayed  at  all  :mes.  

•   Unique  iden:fier  for  each  customer  so    passes  cannot  be  transferred.  

•   Time  stamping  of  single  ride  passes    so  transfers  are  not  required.    Applicable  :me  set  to  transit  agency    policies  regarding  transfers.

•   Fraud  preven:on  controls.  The  pass  is  :ed    to  a  mobile  device  using  unique  ID  and  users  cannot  transfer  login  to  another  device  without  prior  reseMng  of  the  pass  and  creden:als.  This  prevents  users  from    sharing  their  pass  with  others.  

•   All  passes  are  displayed  on  screen  of  phone  for  easy  viewing  by  transit  operator.  

•   System  displays  :mes  in  real  or  scheduled  :mes.

All  customer  accounts  are  prepaid  just  as  if  the  customer  purchased  a  printed  bus  pass/farecard/:cket  directly  from  your  agency  or  approved  vendor.

Transit  customers  are  able  to  use  their  smartphone  to  download  the  App  and  complete  the  registra:on.  Registra:on  is  a  simple  process  and  once  completed,  they  are  ready  to  purchase  passes  for  travel.  Payment  is  made  via  the  customer’s  credit  card.

Each  :me  they  board  your  transit  vehicle;  they  simply  login  to  the  app  and  show  the  transit  operator  the  screen  on  their  smartphone.  The  customer  is  alerted  when  their  digital  pass  is  due  to  expire  or  their  account  balance  is  low.
