FEATURESIn-Wall design concept equipment.Manufactured in AISI 316L with the surfaces in contact with the product mirror polished and with roughness Ra <0,5.No contact lid without supports in the container. Includes all the clamp connections for the required functions (vent, spraying, raw material loading, inertization, cleaning ball…) and sight glass.Bottom impeller and lateral chopper with automatic speed regulation through a frequency converter. Impe-ller and chopper axis protected with seals and pharma compressed air with flusostate of control to avoid any risk of cross contamination.PLC + HMI for the control of the equipment in manual and automatic mode, with recipe editing.Binding solution tank manufactured in AISI 316L, with automatic agitator.Peristaltic pump for controlled addition of binder solution.In line conical wet calibrator in the discharge.The calibrator engine is synchronized with the impeller engine during the entire discharge process to avoid the extrusion of the wet granulate.Working platform adapted to the client room.
