However, unlike all of the above which the enemies base their ransom on money or a powerful item, Gunpoint’s is much more horrific. The genre is a hybrid of both action and thriller which has proven very successful in the past.

The rating of this film is going to be certificate 15 because it contains strong scenes of threat, action violence and one use of strong language.

Act 1: This is after the opening montage reviewing what has happened the lead role to the middle of the film where the main incident is starting to take shape. The beginning is a peaceful and nothing abnormal is happening. However, after a fall out between the two main characters have a row, a situation occurs in which one of them is lost. The man is a secret agent who got into a lot of trouble with some people and they came and took the one closest to him.Act 2: The other character realises that she is missing and sets off too find her because he still has feelings for her. He comes across many obstacles such as his boss who states he’s on suspension for disobeying orders and the girl’s parents who blame him for the disappearance of their daughter. Act 3: He is determined to hunt down the enemy and opposed with his hardest challenge yet which the kidnapper has set. If he succeeds, he gets the love of his life back, if he fails, he will never see her again.

David Garrison is the main character in the film who is an undercover agent and has sworn an oath to not tell anyone of his secret identity. His cover is making boxes in an isolated warehouse in the centre of London. He is 32 years old and has brown hair and is 5’10” and is unmarried. Lilly Hobson is an accountant who earns a very good salary. She is currently in a relationship with David Garrison. However, they are got in an argument because she was seen with another man. She is 5’4” and is a natural brunette. Hector Noir is a middle aged villain against the UK’s law and enforcement and is always on the hunt for people who are linked with this. (ie. David Garrison) Instead of taking him hostage, he has a despicable plan to capture his partner and make him bow to his demands. He is 46 years old and is 6’ with blonde hair and dark brown eyes and suffers from schizophrenia and was in a mental asylum for 6 years.
