QUÉ NECESITO PARA ACCEDERPara acceder a un título de Grado es necesario reunir los requisitos de acceso a la Universidad, que se acreditan con el Título de Bachiller y la superación de la Prueba de Evaluación de Bachillerato para el Acceso a la Universidad (PEvAU); con un título de Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior; con el título de Bachiller Europeo o Bachillerato Internacional; con estudios de sistemas educativos europeos o de países con los que se han suscrito acuerdos, que otorguen los requisitos de acceso en sus sistemas educativos para acceder a la Universidad; con estudios extranjeros homologados al Título de Bachiller español; o con la superación de las Pruebas o Procedimientos de Acceso para mayores de 25, 40 ó 45 años.
Quienes reúnan los requisitos de acceso y quieran mejorar su nota de admisión (que no sea para mejorar la calificación de una titulación universitaria, de las pruebas de mayores de 25, 40 ó 45 años, o del título de bachiller homologado) se podrán examinar con carácter opcional de hasta un máximo de 4 materias en las Pruebas de Admisión. Se aconseja la consulta de los parámetros de ponderación de cada materia para cada Título de Grado y los requisitos y plazos para participar en las diferentes Fases del procedimiento de preinscripción para ser admitidos en los diferentes títulos de Grado: Fase Extranjeros (Marzo), Fase Ordinaria (Junio) y Fase Extraordinaria (Septiembre). Si tienes inquietud por el ámbito agrario, te preocupa el medio ambiente y la sostenibi-lidad, te gusta el paisajismo y la jardinería o te atraen aspectos más técnicos como la to-pografía o la ingeniería rural, el grado en in-geniería agrícola puede ser la opción perfecta para desarrollar tus estudios.
El objetivo general del Título de Graduado en Ingeniería Agrícola es proporcionar una formación adecuada sobre las bases teóri-co-prácticas y las tecnologías propias del sec-tor de la agronomía, enmarcada en una capa-cidad de mejora continua y de trasmisión de conocimiento.
Al completar sus estudios en la ETSIA, el alumno tendrá la capacidad para diseñar y gestionar explotaciones agrícolas o ganade-ras, instalaciones hortofrutícolas, parques, jardines o infraestructuras deportivas de-pendiendo de la especialidad escogida y po-drá prestar asesoramiento de modo que sean económicamente sostenibles y respetuosas con el medio ambiente. Igualmente estará ca-pacitado para realizar proyectos de ingeniería dentro del ámbito agrario.

DESCRIPCIÓN
En general, la mayoría de los alumnos egresados encuentran una opción laboral en un período de tiempo relativamente corto y en puestos directamente relacionados con sus estudios. Los Graduados en Ingeniería Agrícola tienen una formación muy versátil por lo que las salidas profesionales son variadas y comprenden actividades relacionadas con las Explotaciones Agrarias, la jardinería y paisajismo, las industrias agrarias y alimentarias, construcciones, regadíos, valoraciones, estudios topográficos, ordenación del territorio, medio ambiente, realización de estudios, informes y proyectos, etc. Los egresados pueden seguir en contacto con la ETSIA a través de la Asociación de Antiguos Alumnos desde la que se informa de las ofertas laborales relacionadas con la titulación, promueve formación complementaria y organiza jornadas, encuentros y visitas.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTSThe access requirements to the University in order to obtain a degree are the following: holding a Bachillerato Certificate (Spanish Baccalaureate) and passing the Prueba de Evaluación de Bachillerato para el Acceso a la Universidad (Spanish University Entrance Examination), or holding the Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior Certificate (Spanish Advanced Vocational Training Certificate); or holding the European Baccalaureate or International Baccalaureate Certificate; or having completed secondary education in EU countries or countries that have signed the corresponding specific bilateral agreements with Spain; or having foreign studies validated by the Spanish Ministry as equivalent to the Spanish Bachillerato; or having passed the University Entrance Tests or Procedures for people over 25, 40 or 45 years old.
Candidates fulfilling the above requirements wishing to raise their entrance marks (not applicable for candidates wishing to enter to the University by holding a completed University degree, those passing of the University Tests for people over 25, 40 or 45 years old, or holding a validated Baccalaureate Studies) can optionally pass during the University Entrance Examination an assessment test in up to 4 extra subjects. If you are interested in the agrarian field, you are concerned about the environment and sustainability, you like landscaping and gar-dening or you are attracted to more technical aspects such as topography or rural enginee-ring, the Degree in Agricultural Engineering may be the perfect option for your studies.
The general objective of the Undergraduate Degree in Agricultural Engineering is to provi-de adequate training on the theoretical-prac-tical bases and technologies of the agronomy sector, framed in an aptitude for continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.
Upon completing their studies at ETSIA, the students will have the ability to design and manage farms or livestock, horticultural faci-lities, parks, gardens or sports infrastructure depending on the chosen specialty. They will also be able to provide advice so that these fa-cilities are economically sustainable and res-pectful of the environment, and to carry out engineering projects within the agrarian field.
