Limpieza y Mantenimiento Cleaning and Maintenance

La acumulación de suciedad y sus-

tancias no deseadas en el tejido

pueden acabar dañando el acaba-

do y provocar un deterioro acele-

rado del mismo. El tejido Marine

Fabrics es muy fácil de mantener,

pudiendo eliminar la mayor parte

del polvo con la ayuda de un cepillo

suave y secando las salpicaduras si

se producen.

Se recomienda realizar un lavado

periódico del tejido en las condi-

ciones indicadas, lo que garantiza

la conservación y la calidad del

producto inicial, alargando la vida

del mismo.

Para la limpieza del tejido se reco-

mienda la utilización de un jabón

neutro diluido en agua tibia sin te-

mer que el tejido se estropee o se

decolore.

Aplicar la solución detergente con

una esponja o un cepillo suave,

aclarar con agua abundante y de-

jar secar al aire. No utilizar nunca

detergentes enérgicos o productos

que contengan amoníaco o disol-

ventes.

may end up damaging the finish and

cause accelerated of deterioration

in the fabric.

Marine Fabrics are very easy to

maintain with a soft brush to re-

move most of the dust and pad dry

liquids.

We recommend a periodic washing

of the fabric under the following

conditions, to ensure the longevity

and quality of the fabric.

Clean the fabric using a mild soap

diluted in warm water. Apply the

cleaning solution with a sponge or

soft brush, rinse thoroughly and air

dry. Never use harsh detergents or

products containing ammonia or

solvents.

Fabrics cubre por un periodo de 5 años el deterioro del tejido o del

color del mismo que pudiera pro-

ducirse durante su exposición a

la radiación solar y a los agentes

atmosféricos, ambos en condi-

ciones normales y realizando co-

rrectamente las operaciones de

mantenimiento según se indican

en el apartado correspondiente. La

garantía cubre únicamente el valor

de la lona y excluye cualquier otro

coste, incluidos los de confección e

instalación.

Queda expresamente excluido de la

garantía cualquier deterioro debido

a abusos, negligencia, vandalismo,

quemaduras de cualquier tipo, in-

cendios y desastres naturales.

The warranty for the Marine Fab-

rics covers for 5 years fabric dete-

rioration or discoloration that may

occur during exposure to sunlight

and atmospheric agents, under nor-

mal conditions, and when properly

performing maintenance, as indi-

cated in the corresponding section.

The warranty covers only the value

of the fabric and excludes all other

costs, including manufacturing and

installation.

Any damage due to abuse, neglect,

vandalism, burns of any kind, fire,

and natural disasters are expressly

excluded from the warranty.

A special pigmented coating formula for the acrylic resin coated side provides

Las lonas RECacril® RECwater son tejidos de fibra acrílica 100% tintada en masa

con una cara recubierta de PVC, lo que las hace absolutamente impermeables. El

recubrimiento de la cara de PVC, grabada para darle una apariencia más textil, se

colorea para igualarla con el color de la cara acrílica, de este modo se consigue

combinar la elegancia del tejido acrílico con las prestaciones de impermeabilidad

del PVC.

Al ser un producto más pesado esta lona se hace especialmente adecuada para

embarcaciones que frecuentan zonas con condiciones climáticas extremas.

The Recacril® RECwater fabrics are made of 100% solution-dyed acrylic fiber with

La lona Nautiplus es un tejido de poliéster de alta tenacidad, 100% impermeable,

con una excelente estabilidad dimensional y fácilmente soldable. La lona está re-

cubierta de PVC por las dos caras y grabada por una de ellas.

Su acabado siliconado está formulado para facilitar la limpieza y el deslizamiento,

Los Ribetes Marine son la solución preferida por los profesionales en náutica, para

dar un acabado perfecto a los extremos de la lona.

Los Ribetes Marine se obtienen a partir del corte recto o en diagonal de las mismas

lonas RECacril® Marine, por lo que gozan de las mismas prestaciones de resisten-

cia del color a la luz solar y a la intemperie.

Los Ribetes Marine de corte diagonal son más flexibles que los de corte recto, por

lo que éstos se utilizan preferentemente más para el remate de los extremos de

las lonas en curva. Ambos tipos están doblados hacia la parte interior y soldados,

para que una vez cosidos en su posición final, ofrezcan un perfecto acabado y no

se deshilachen.

Marine binding is giving a perfect finish to fabric edges.

This binding is made out of RECacril® Marine material so it matches the colors per-

fectly. The material is woven from 100% solution dyed yarns which makes the bind-

ing durable, fade resistant, and mildew resistant for a long-lasting, and color rich.

The bias cut Marine binding is more flexible than the straight cut binding and makes

it easier to take curves while sewing. Both binding types are two-edge-turned so

that once sewn into position it provides a perfect finish and doesn’t fray.

Los tejidos RECacril® Decorline Marine están fabricados con la misma fibra acrí-

lica 100% tintada en masa que se emplea para la fabricación de nuestras lonas

RECacril®, por lo que presentan una excepcional resistencia a la pérdida de color

por la acción del sol y del agua salada.

Estas prestaciones en la solidez del color hace de estos tejidos muy adecuados

para la confección de cojines y tapicerías, tanto para el interior como el exterior

de las embarcaciones, además, la paleta de colores de la colección, combina per-

fectamente con las lonas RECacril® Marine, de reconocido prestigio en el sector

náutico y extensamente utilizadas en biminis, capotas, cerramientos, etc.

RECacril® Decorline Marine fabrics are made of the same 100% solution-dyed

acrylic fibers used for our RECacril® fabric, having the same outstanding resistan-

ce to fading and the elements.

All these advantages make these fabrics highly suitable for indoor and outdoor cus-

hions and upholstery. The colorful range of the collection blends perfectly with the

RECacril® Marine shades.

(esterilla 2/2). Tiene un grado de apertura medio-alto (5,5%), lo que ofrece un buen

confort visual al mismo tiempo que permite una adecuada visión del exterior. Es

un artículo especialmente diseñado para su utilización en los interiores de em-

barcaciones por sus excelentes prestaciones y el grado de intimidad que aporta.

Su estructura abierta y su peso le proporcionan una caída perfecta. Es apto para

cualquier aplicación sin tensiones, tanto para interior como para exterior.

RECscreen® 5000 P is a screen fabric made of thick yarns with Panama weave (mat

2/2). It has a medium-high openness factor (5.5%), which provides a good visual

comfort while allowing an adequate outside view. It is an article specially designed

for use in the interiors of boats for their excellent benefits and the privacy degree.

Its open structure and weight fits perfectly. It is suitable for any application, both

CristalREC es una lámina de PVC transparente ideal para los cerramientos de ven-

tanas de embarcaciones, que resiste la intemperie, manteniendo la flexibilidad con

climas fríos y proporcionando una excelente visibilidad cuando se expone al agua.

Presenta un muy bajo grado de amarilleamiento gracias a los altos niveles de inhi-

bidores de UV con los que se fabrica.

Se presenta en dos versiones: 0,5 y 0,65 mm de espesor.

CristalREC is a sheet of transparent PVC perfect for windows for boat enclosures,

resists weathering, maintaining flexibility in cold weather and providing excellent

visibility when exposed to water. It has a very low degree of yellowing due to high

contents of UV inhibitors.

It comes in two versions: 0.5 and 0.65 mm thick.
