Su división de laminados en frío, North West Industries (NWI), cuenta con una fábrica de 5,906 m² bajo techo, equipada con maquinaria de alta tecnología y capacidad de producir con calidad mundial los pro-ductos laminados que demanda el mercado nacional e internacional.Sus estrictos controles de calidad están certificados bajo el sistema de Gestión Integrado de Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 y OHSAS 18001:2007.La línea de producción de los materiales laminados en frío que comercializa Acero ESTRELLA se compone de láminas pre-pintadas para techos bajo las marcas de Aluzinc ESTRELLA, Teja Real y Stand-ing Seam. Completan la oferta las láminas de Metaldeck 2AE y 3AE para entrepisos, correas tipo C y Z, planchas translúcidas y aislante reflectivo.

adaptable a cualquier sistema estructural de soporte y presenta una apariencia atractiva que le permite

lucirse por sí solo. Va íntegramente adherido al hormigón,

ayudando a disminuir el desperdi-cio. Como es acero de refuerzo,

aligera las cargas muertas, reduce el peso del acero

y permite mayor sepa-ración entre apoyos:

STRONG AND LIGHT CONSTRUCTIONS

Metaldeck was developed for compatibility with steel structures,

which allows for the optimization of the manufacture of floor struc-

tures and decks, efficiently using the positive aspects of both steel and

concrete. It reduces the project cost, is adaptable to any type of structure and

has an attractive appearance that can be left in sight in certain projects. It fully

adheres to concrete, helping to reduce its volume per area. As it is reinforced steel, it

lightens the dead loads and allows separa-tion between supports: 3.5 meters.

It is composed of G-90 material, which has a high level of light reflectivity and reduces the

total amount of screws and connectors.

El aislante reflectivo de alta eficiencia, consiste en un centro con ¼” de fibra de vidrio al que se adhieren dos capas exteriores. Una de aluminio puro al 99% y otra de vynil blanco reforzado.Aproximadamente el 75% del calor de una edificación proviene de la radiación. La capa de aluminio del aislante reflectivo puede reflejar hasta un 97% de esa radiación.

High performance reflective insulation consists of a ¼” fiberglass core bonded to either two exterior layers one of 99% pure aluminum and the other of durable white scrim-reinforced facing metal.
