Galletas de navidad.

Ingredientes

Para la masa

250 grs de azcar flor

500 grs de margarina

1 cdta de Canela Molida

1 cdta de Esencia de Limn Gourmet

1 cdta de Esencia de Vainilla Gourmet

1 cdta de miel

2 huevos 700 gramos de harina

100 gramos de nueces molidas

Para el glace

Azcar flor

Limn

Colorantes Gourmet

Decoraciones de Navidad Gourmet

Decoraciones Multicolor Gourmet

Preparacin

1. Bata el azcar flor con la margarina hasta cremar.

2. Agregue la Canela Molida Gourmet, laEsencia de Limn Gourmet, Esencia de VainillaGourmet, la miel y los huevos sin dejar de batir.

3. Incorpore luego la harina, nueces y mezcle suavemente. Deje enfriar por una hora antes de

amasar.

4. Estire la masa bien delgada y corte con corta pasta a su eleccin.

5. Llevar a horno suave por 10 a 12 minutos y luego deje enfriar.

6. Para el glace, vierta gotas de jugo de limn sobre el azcar fina (solo la cantidad de gotas

necesaria para formar una pasta).

7. Luego agregue losColorantes Gourmet de su eleccin y d color al glace.

8. Pinte las galletas con el glace y decore con las Decoraciones Multicolor Gourmet yDecoraciones de Navidad Gourmet.

9. Deje secar.
