DT activities commenced on the project from the month of June 2013.

Although I joined the project but I quickly acclimatized myself wit the work scope,

which comprises of:

1. Pre DT of Clusters assigned to the engineers

2. Raised work order

3. Implementation of work order approved

4. Post DT of cluster been implemented

5. Attending to customer complain from SPOC, DTH, Sales personnel and STH.

1. I have organize team viewer training for the DT engineers in the region

2. I have supply DT analysis material to the DT engineers in the region

3. I have given DT engineers in the region extensive training on 3G DT event

analysis.

4. Periodical Check of traffic affecting alarms BSC based

5. I shared alarm affecting traffic wit my colleagues on huawei

6. I learnt and shared how to collect alarm logs on WMS

7. Fetching overshooting cells in Abuja city by matching there KPI wit Max TA

and make recommendation wit lots of improvement
