Switzerland announces $24 million in funds primarily for Nicaraguan cacao production

One of the richest countries in the world is investing 24 mil into the poor country of Managua, Nicaragua for there cacao been production. This is to help the agriculture diversify and the government of Switzerland thinks this cacao been production has growth potential. Switzerland is one of the main supporters of Managua, Nicaragua. FBI captures Top 10 fugitive

In Nicaragua one of the top ten wanted fugitives were picked up. The fugitives name was Eric Thoth. The officer provided no information on how he was found. He will face charges in the U.S. He was allegally searching and showing private information of children. He was put on the top ten most wanted in march of 2012 and there was a 100,000 dollar reward for information on his arrest.
