Conditional• All types of conditional sentences are grammatical

resources, which are used constantly in the English language. We use them to indicate that one action depends on another and also to talk about real or unreal situations.

• We must understand that there are 5 types of conditional sentences, which are from type -1 to 3. It is possible that the nomenclature in this list is difficult to understand, but the reality is that it is easier to distinguish them in this way.

• These types of conditional sentences in the English language are:

- Type -1 Orders.- Type 0 Scientific Realities.- Type 1 Situations Possible.- Type 2 Theoretical Situations.- Type 3 Situations Not Possible

• CONDITIONAL PRAYER TYPE -1 "ORDERS"• This type of conditional sentences is the most basic of the

English language, which is often not taken into account by certain scholars. This type is used to give conditional orders, according to the fulfillment of an action.

• The structure of type -1 is: If + Present Simple + Imperative

Example

• If she goes to the beach call me• If it is hot, ¡there will be a window!• If you talk to many people, Speak up!• If she cooks at the party, call me!

• CONDITIONAL PRAYER TYPE 0 "SCIENTIFIC REALITIES"• This type of conditional sentences is used to express

scientific and empirical realities, that is, when the condition and result is always true.

• The structure of type 0 is: If + Present Simple + Present Simple

Example-If I work my project grows

-If you read this blog, You learn more English-If you heat mercury, this explodes

-If I try, things work out better

• CONDITIONAL PRAYER TYPE 1 "POSSIBLE SITUATIONS"• These types of conditional sentences express events or

threats that are possible to occur.

• The structure of type 1 is: If + Present Simple + Simple Future

• example• If you learn English, You'll travel to the U.S. without

problems• If you travel to Buenos Aires, I wont see you again

• If I love you, I'll stay by your side• If you do, we will not talk again

• CONDITIONAL PRAYER TYPE 2 "THEORETICAL SITUATIONS"

• This type of conditional sentences is used to express an unreal possibility in the present, such as wishes, dreams or for actions of the future that are not so likely.

• The structure of type 2 is:• If + Past Time + (Would or Could) and Infinitive

• example• If They were here, They would give you the money• If I had a car, I would sell it• If you work here , You would earn money• If we learn Italian, we travel to Italy.

• CONDITIONAL PRAYER TYPE 3 "SITUATIONS NOT POSSIBLE"• These types of conditional sentences are used to express past situations that have not

happened and that are not possible in the present.

• The structure of type 3 is:
