Los estresores ambientales modulan la vulnerabilidad a la depresión.
Deben considerarse, en la compresión de su neurobiología los factores Psicológicos y Biológicos.
Los aspectos genéticos tienen una participación muy importante.
Se requiere mayor investigación en el campo de la neurobiologìa
