Conclusiones
● La “biopsia líquida” posee un gran potencial para la detección y monitorización de la enfermedad.
● Varias limitaciones existen, como la pérdida de consenso en la técnica de elección.
● La pregunta es:
– ¿Cuándo y cómo podría ser utilizada en la práctica clínica ?
● En el momento actual, ha de considerarse esencialmente en el contexto de la investigación.
– Pudiera contemplarse en la identificación de mutaciones de EGFR, en el caso de tipificación molecular incompleta de un CPNCP avanzado y dificultad técnica o contraindicación médica para el muestreo convencional.
