Problem: Students want a task done affordably and efficiently by someone they can trust

Raphael

Raphael is a computer science student at university who is designing a video game. He loves game design because when he was growing up as an only child video games were how he spent most of his time at home. He wants his games to impact the people who play them not only visually and with good gameplay, but also with a great soundtrack. Raphael finds himself humming some of his favorite videogame themes from his childhood such as megaman themes and wants to have music in his game that can impact his players. Raphael does not play an instrument and does not have the money for a professional artist to compose, but he knows he is at a university with very talented people who may be willing to compose music for him at a reasonable price.

April

April is a broke college student who likes to turn up but she doesn’t have money to spend on drinks at the club. Therefore, she has to pregame super hard at her apartment in order to survive the night, but ends up going too hard and passing out at home instead of going out. She wants some extra spending money but doesn’t have the time for a weekly job commitment. April is a great violinist and enjoys composing music and giving lessons, but doesn’t know how to self-advertise. She wishes there was a way to find people who are looking for musicians and get paid for doing musical work when she has some free time.

Use Case

As a game designer,

I want ask someone to compose original music for me,

So that I can include it in my game.

As a broke college student,

I want to use my talent as a violinist and composer,

To pay for nights out on the town.
