1. Enter Payroll – used to enter the hours and earnings per payroll run, as well as any deduction overrides.
You can select multiple employees by checking the box in the Sel field beside each employee and clicking Enter. You may also Select ALL or Select HOURLY employees by clicking on either button.
2. Calculate Pay – runs the Gross to Net pay.
You will receive notification of any errors with your current payroll run.
3. View Payroll – to view the calculations to determine the employee’s net pay.
4. Close Payroll – this option performs all of the following:Generates all of the payroll reports.Emails the pay stubs to the employees (if you are setup for email delivery).Generates the deposit file that is sent to the bank by NEBS PAYweb.ca.Closes the Payroll.
From the Process Payroll Menu select View Reports.
All your reports for the current payroll run are displayed here. You can print them or save them to a file on your computer.
ROE request displays laid off or terminated employees for Record Of Employment selection and creation.
