Michel lives in a house in Paris’ surburb. He has custody of his 11 year old daughter every two weeks. Michel is very invested in his career as a doctor. He works a lot and doesn’t have much time to eat, especially considering the fact that he can’t cook. However, he appreciates eating diverse and quality food. Picard is a great solu-tion that he uses everyday to save some time and vary his meals. He shops here regularly after work because he doesn’t like having a lot of things at the same time in his freezer. Cu-rious, adventurer, he loves traveling and discovering new horizons.

Picard already has a mobile app, but its fonctionnalities don’t go all the way. Following the favorite recipes and grocery shopping lists, we want the app to be truly intelligent, by sorting out the most bought products and suggesting to add favorite meals and to try new flavors according to what the client already eats. The app can also suggest old favorites, new products, and recipes that the buyer can cook himselft with frozen Picard ingredients. This new feature allows the client to create a much more personalized profile, he can see

himselft in it. Once these accounts are created and well informed, we want to create a partnership with a dating service. Togheter, the service and the Picard app can make great

matches, sharing the same taste for a certain type of food of a nice discovery.

One of the problems that every person using Picard for lunch knows about is the heating up process. Either you don’t have enough microwaves for everyone, or the one you have

is gross, or you might not have time to even wait 6 minutes for your meal to be ready. «Hot queue» allows you optimize your time : you can come in, choose your meal and have it

heating up while you choose the rest of your menu and wait in line to pay, or you can use your Picard app and ask the staff to have the meal of your choosing (out of a list) ready just for when you’ll be done paying (or just as you arrive, if you choose to pay online).

«Hot queue» is thus available to any known or new customer as they shop, and to regular customers using the app, only coming by to grab a hot meal when in a rush. For them, it

syncs with the new app : learning from someone’s favorites, wish list and purchase history, the app can suggest new tastes or bring back old forgotten classics.
