Oversaw a reconstruction of a road around a mountain including Construction of retaining walls and gabions, water constructions, canals and wells for diverting water, drainage works, guard rails and tarmac applications and various other road-works. Management of the team (n15 workers) & collaboration with private compa-nies. I also oversaw implementation of amendments to the project as it progressed. I was site coordinator for Healthy and Safety and responsible for budgeting. Throughout this experience I maste-red the importance of being responsible for a team of workers. During the experience of working on this construction site I learnt the practical foundations of civil engineering works, went through specialized training, workload organization, decision making and communication skills.
