    IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY

What I have observed at Lung center of the Philippines? My

observation in lung center are sometimes their facilities is not always clean

and the elevator is always under construction . And the some of employees

in lung center is very strict to their OJT students..

The strength and challenges of this company is that they are doing

their best to give the needs of their patients. There also have a extra

activities like aerobics that help their employees to physically fit.

I think the best practice of this company is how to accept the mistakes

of others and your boss , and how to manage time inside the office hours no

slowly work inside to my division assigned.

    V. My over-all observation in Lung Center of the Philippines are one of my

boss is different her attitude to my supervisor because she does not want

to advice her fellow co workers when he done wrong. Shes like always

right and she could not accept his mistakes. And lastly the equipment of

the hospital is very clean. Because the cleaning water to be use in all the

machine, equipment and tools in hospital is absolute mineral water.

    PERIODIC REPORTS (daily, weekly, monthly)

What we do daily are the following:

filling the condemned materials and office equipment.

photocopying the original copy of inventory and RAP.

go to cashier for the releasing of checks of the supplier.

What we do weekly are the following:

preparing the office supplies of other department.

calculate the mimeo to use for one week.

What we do monthly are the following:

writing the delivery receipt for one month .

During my whole training in Material Management Division at lung

Center of the Philippines , I think the problem/s that I have encountered are

the time management , because I need to finished all the task given but the

problem is a coordination of each other.

    VII. SELF-ASSESSMENT

    A. Skills and current technology learned/enforced:

We learned on the job training program is how to appreciate every

minute within a company and how to live well with less lifting us especially

within the department who assigned . And the software that we learned ishow to type in open office instead Microsoft office software and

sometimes we prepare the office supplies of the some department in Lung

Center. And the most learned that I adopt is how you accept your

    mistakes and sins of others.

    B. Equipment, tools, testing apparatus handled (softwares used included)

Were not allowed to used the equipment tools and testing apparatusbecause after receiving the medical equipment they issued it into

department to use it, but they tell us where it can be use we handled

medicines and we issued it in different department like pathology

    department.

    C. Strong points versus weak points

The strong points of the Lung Center of the Philippines are they all

professional and effective, all the employees are dedicated and faithful.

They always attend the mass. They have a meaningful advised , The weak

points of the hospital are their facilities , some facilities are not always

clean specially the canteen and some room.
