OVERALL MATERIAL PALETTE Design statement: To create a “Contemporary Mexican” aesthetic through the use of

reinterpreted traditional materials and a refreshingly vibrant color palette.

RECEPTION & HOA OFFICE Upon arrival the signature Copala logo is celebrated as a sculptural bronze door pull,

welcoming each member into the Clubhouse reception areas. Natural woven bark

wallcovering and fresh accent colors complement traditional furnishing details.

CONCIERGE & OWNER’S DESKS The Copala logo is repeated at the Concierge entry and again in the intricate stone flooring

details. Warm and inviting colors create a comfortable working environment for owners while

establishing the Clubhouse color palette.

CONFERENCE ROOM & OWNER’S OFFICES The clean lines of the conference table and chandelier are impactful focal points and

contrast with traditional furnishings and hand raked plaster. The owner’s desks feature a

nontraditional use of moldings reinforcing the fusion of contemporary and traditional design.

SPA ENTRY & TREATMENT ROOMS The spa entry is defined by modern laser cut panel doors featuring a traditional pattern.

Ambient lighting, a soothing color palette and classic Mexican patterns are carefully

balanced to create a relaxing retreat.

MULTIMEDIA ROOM This contemporary space showcases technology, lighted wall details and fabric panels.

Built in benches, colorful contract fabrics and pebble bean bags create a durable yet

comfortable gathering space for multiple families.

GYM & FITNESS ROOM The gym and fitness rooms feature a light neutral palette grounded by warm accent colors.

Woven bark laminated between glass creates a sense of privacy between spaces, while

life size sculptures introduce a lighthearted energy.

DELI Open display shelves and self serve areas create a family friendly and casual

environment. Rustic materials are combined with both contemporary tile and traditional

Mexican tile to balance the vibrant accent wall color.

RESTROOMS / LOCKER ROOMS Custom hand painted Mexican tile is showcased in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms,

each defined with a unique color palette. The Powder Rooms are connected by a carved trough sink accented by a contemporary Mexican tile wall feature.

dining chairs, upholstery accents and custom signature umbrellas.
