    Tax declaration and monthly settlement:

    o Process all issues related to Social, health and accident insurances

    o (Inform and register with the Social Insurance Department of new headcounts after

    employees have passed the probation)

    o Collect database to make a Social, health and accident insurances report

    o Compare figures of Accounting department to make a increasing / reducing report as

    well as salary adjustment to pay the fee of social, health and accident insurances

    o Submit report and get approval

    o Submit a report as per the form template of Social Insurance Department

    o Complete the Payment Request for monthly payment to Social Insurance Department

    o Issue a new Health Insurance Certificate to employees

    o Exchange the Health Insurance Certificate
