tourists, whether for relaxation, site seeing, heritage, adventure, or other reasons.

• Since the terror attacks of September 11th 2001, Americans

have been vulnerable to attack at home and abroad. • Security for our citizens should be a priority and

responsibility of both our government and individual tourists.
