1.- Heridas

Erosiones o abrasiones (roce)

Incisas (cuchillo, papel)

Contusas (golpe)

Lavar con agua corriente y jabón (evita infecciones y ayuda a la cicatrización)

- Povidona yodada o Betadine

- No usar alcohol ni agua oxigenada

- Dejar la herida al descubierto

- Cubrir con gasa sólo en caso necesario

Heridas superficiales

NO urgar en las

heridas. No quitar

costrasSi hay restos de

vidrios, piedrecillas u otros, NO intentar retirarlos.

La profundidad: 1º grado, 2º y 3º grado

Qué hacer ¿?

Si no hay heridas:

Lavar con abundante agua fresca

Aplicar cremas hidratantes

                                   

                                                                     

Cuando hay heridas (ampollas):

Lavar

Antiséptico

Tapar

Mordeduras o picaduras

Actuación Lavar con abundante

agua Colocar compresas frías

en la zona afectada. No permitir que el

afectado camine ni realice movimientos.

Solicitar apoyo y trasladar al servicio de urgencia.

2.- Hemorragias: epístaxis

Emisión de sangre por la nariz sin causa aparente

3.- Hipertermia o fiebre

• Temperatura por encima de 37,8º C

• Beber líquidos• No arropar mucho• Aplicar toallas

húmedas tibias y/o frías.

• Consultar al personal sanitario

4.- TraumatismosCualquier agresión que sufre el organismo.Los traumatismos se clasifican en:

• Desgarros musculares• Fracturas • Esguinces • Luxaciones• Contusiones• Heridas• Amputaciones

FracturaEs la pérdida de continuidad en el hueso

Se caracterizan por:

– Dolor intenso – Inflamación de la zona – Impotencia funcional (imposibilidad de realizar movimientos habituales)

Actuación:

– Elevar el miembro afectado y mantenerlo

en reposo – Aplicar frío local – Valoración de la lesión por personal

sanitario

Esguince

Se caracterizan por

• Dolor intenso • Inflamación de la zona • Impotencia funcional (imposibilidad de

realizar movimientos habituales de esa articulación).

Actuación

• Elevar el miembro afectado y mantenerlo en reposo

• Aplicar frío local • Valoración de la lesión por personal

sanitario

Es la separación momentánea de las superficies articulares.

Luxación

Síntomas• Dolor muy agudo • Deformidad (comparar con el miembro sano) • Impotencia funcional muy manifiesta

Actuación• Inmovilizar la articulación afectada tal y como

se encuentre • NO reducir la luxación • Traslado a un centro sanitario para su

reducción y tratamiento definitivo por personal sanitario

Es la separación de forma permanente de las superficies articulares

5.- Pérdidas de conocimiento: ahogamiento

• Es la segunda causa de muerte en menores de 24 años

• En el 50% se agrega ingesta alcohol

• El 60% ocurre en piscinas particulares

• Más del 60% sexo masculino

• Bastan 3 cm de profundidad

Convulsiones

Convulsiones

.• La persona esta inconsciente y no responde. • Se debe controlar el tiempo desde que se inicia.• No hay que frenar las contracciones. • Evitar que la persona afectada se lesione, si es posible, protegiéndola de la caída y acostándola en el suelo, colocando un cojín o una almohada bajo la cabeza.• Pedir ayuda al 112.

Las convulsiones son contracciones musculares generalizadas

1- Pedir que tosa

2- Retirar objetos de la boca: comida, dentadura postiza, juguete 3- Dar unas palmadas en la espalda con el cuerpo inclinado

4- Realizar maniobra de HEIMLICH

6.- Crisis de asma

Es un estrechamiento de las vías aéreas que produce tos, sibilancias y pitos, disnea o respiración irregular y opresión
