MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA DE ESTRUCTURAS METALICAS
1 UBICACIN Y DESCRIPCION
La Planta Concentradora, se encuentra ubicada en la Unidad Minera Chungar de Volcn Compaa
Minera S.A.A., a una altitud promedio de 4,600 msnm.
El acceso a la unidad Minera desde la ciudad de Lima, se logra a travs de la Carretera Central Lima -
La Oroya Cerro de Pasco, antes de llegar a la ciudad de Cerro de Pasco existe un desvi de carretera
asfaltada hacia el distrito de Huayllay, desde ah hay un carretera afirmada hacia la unidad minera, el
recorrido total de Lima Chungar es de 314 km. Existen otras rutas alternativas LimaCantaHuallay y la
ruta Lima-Huaral- Huayllay.
Para mejorar la produccion y el rendimiento y eficiencia de las celdas se necesita de la instalacion de
un linea monorriel que permita la mayor productividad y eficiencia a la hora de algun deperfecto en los
espesadores.

3 MATERIALES
Perfiles Estructural A36 Norma Inglesa
El acero A36 es una aleacin de acero al carbono de propsito general muy comnmente
usado en los Estados Unidos, aunque existen muchos otros aceros, superiores en
resistencia, cuya demanda est creciendo rpidamente.
La denominacin A36 fue establecida por la ASTM (American Society for Testing and
Materials.

Pernos de alta Resistencia A325
Pernos de alta resistencia de alta resistencia especificados bajo las normas ASTM A325, que es fabricado bajo tratamiento trmico y con un acero temperado de medio carbono.
4 PROCEDIMIENTO DE ANALISIS
El anlisis de las estructuras de metlicas se hizo con el programa SAP 2000 Vs 15. Para
el anlisis y la verificacin del refuerzo de las vigas y aceros y refuerzo de cartelas en una
direccin se us la hoja de clculo vigas.xls. Las losas macizas, con refuerzo en dos
direcciones ortogonales, fueron analizadas con el programa TEKLA ESTRUCTURES VS
18. El anlisis de las estructuras metlicas se realiz con el programa SAP 2000 Vs 15.

En el anlisis se supuso comportamiento lineal y elstico. Los elementos de acero al
carbono y se representaron con elementos lineales. Sus rigideces se determinaron
ignorando el viento y el sobresfuerzo.
Los edificios fueron analizados con modelos tridimensionales, suponiendo amarres
perfectos frente a acciones en su plano.

8 CONCLUSIONES
Bajo las normas internaciones ASTM, se procedera a la fabricacon y montaje de los perfiles
estructurales siendo que se determino por el analisis estructural que los perfiles mencionados
en el anteproyecto cumplen con las normas y los estandares de contruccion en acero.
Se aplicara la union de torque de los pernos indicados bajo tablas de equivalencia y verifcandose
en el campo para realizar la uniones estructurales.
Se realizara el habilitado con soldadores calificados en las posiciones 3G, 4G y 6G segn
requerimiento de las estrucuras metalicas de acero al cabono.
9 RECOMENDACIONES
Para cumplir con los tiempos estimados y la caliad de los servicios se debe de contar con el apoyo
de un camnion grua, durante 06 dias como minimo.
