Somos una empresa familiar, pionera en la fabricación de lucernarios en España (desde 1.944), y uno delos primeros en muros cortina (desde 1.980). Nos involucramos totalmente en los nuevos proyectos, dandovida a las ilusiones y diseños de los arquitectos. Estamos en constante evolución realizando obras cada vezmás complejas y garantizando siempre la máxima calidad. Trabajamos sin fronteras, realizando obras encualquier parte del mundo. Nuestra amplia experiencia nos impulsa a superarnos cada día más.

Hiberlux Iberia is a Spanish family owned and managed enterprise. The company started back in 1944 in thebusiness of ironmongery and aluminium pioneering in skylights and later on, back in the 1980´s, in curtain walls.We get involved in new projects that come along bringing into life architect´s dreams and designs. This esta-blishment is steadfast in its expansion and growth covering complicated construction projects in order to achie-ve the best possible quality there is in the market. Our broad know-how drives us to overcome hindrances toimprove ourselves everyday.

EXPERIENCIALlevamos más de 60 años fabricando lucernarios. Formamos un equipo de profesionalesaltamente cualificado y especializado (la mitad de la plantilla lleva más de 15 años en laempresa).

KNOW HOWWe have been building skylights for more than sixty years and we make a very qualified andspecialized professional high-tech team. (Half of our staff has been with the company morethan fifteen years).

NUEVA FABRICAEn 2.004 nos trasladamos a unas nuevas y modernas instalaciones, que cuentan con 7.000m2 entre talleres y oficinas. Se encuentran ubicadas en el término municipal de Torrejón deArdoz (Madrid) encontrándose perfectamente comunicadas y acondicionadas.

NEW FACILITIES Back in 2004 the company moved to a more modern facility of around 7000m2 including bothspace factory and administration offices. The company is based in the outskirts of Madrid(Spain), very well equipped and conveniently located.

TALLERES DE ACERO, ALUMINIO Y COMPOSITENuestra fábrica se encuentra distribuida en tres secciones, acero, aluminio y paneles compo-site, siendo toda la maquinaria de última generación con control numérico. Los centros demecanizado reciben los datos directamente por red del departamento técnico mecanizandolos perfiles con alta precisión.

STEEL, ALUMINIUM AND COMPOSITE WORKSHOPSOur facilities are divided in three different areas: steel, aluminium and metal sheet composite. Ourmachinery is state-of the art technology with computer software applications between our engi-neering and manufacturing and assembling departments. In the aluminium workshop the mecha-nized center receives all the data via inside web from the engineering department, so that the pro-files are mechanized with the minimum error margin.

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENTHIBERLUX team of architects and engineers, calculate, design and develop all the different pro-jects that we come across. We intend to provide technical support and add our broad know-howwhen it comes to skylights and curtain walls constructions.

PERFILERIA PROPIADisponemos de perfilería propia patentada marca HIBERLUX. Está en constante renovacióny desarrollo, comparable con las mejores marcas a nivel internacional . Su principal carac-terística es la existencia de canales de desagüe para la evacuación de eventuales filtracio-nes o condensaciones. Es una perfilería de alta calidad que cumple con la normativa de laComunidad Europea. Además de nuestra marca, instalamos otras marcas a petición delcliente. (Schüco, Technal ….).

WE HAVE OUR OWN PROFILESWe provide our own registered profiles, HIBERLUX trademark, which we up date constantlycompeting with the most prestigious international brands. The most important feature that makesit valuable is the drainage gutter system that prevents from leaks and condensations. It is a high

tech quality profile that meets every standard according to the European Community regulations. Besides that, we do install other brands under ourcustomer´s request (such as Schüco or Technal).

PALACIO DE CORREOS Y TELECOMUNICACIONESDE CIBELES. MADRIDLucernario realizado con estructura monocapa deacero atornillado, que se acoplan poligonalmentepara cubrir un espacio de 2.800 m2 . Sobre dichaestructura se colocó el perfil de aluminio HIBERLUXIB-68 con juntas de etileno propileno con tres nivelesde desagüe, siendo únicas en Europa. Se colocaron1.918 triángulos de vidrio, todos distintos entre sí.

MADRID CITY HALL. MADRID. SPAINMadrid´s City Hall skylight was designed and builtbased on a steel single-layer screwed structure that fitsinto a polygon shape to cover a 2,800m2 patio. Abovethis structure we installed HIBERLUX´s aluminium IB-68profiles and ethylene propylene joints were designedwith a never before seen three different drainage levelsystem in Europe. The type of glazing was a solar con-trolled tempered and serigraphic glass with 1,918 trian-gle glazing modules with different measures within.

INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE ESTADISTICA. MADRID6.000 m2 de muro cortina siendo los vidrios pegadoscon silicona estructural a la perfilería de aluminio. Encantos de forjado se colocaron vidrios de colores ynúmeros según un criterio estadístico . En cada plantase montó un gran voladizo que alberga paneles foto-voltaicos y pasarelas de mantenimiento realizando asu vez la función de parasoles. Además se colocaron16.000 m2 de paneles composite, siendo espectacula-res las dos marquesinas que se alzan hacia el Pº de laCastellana.

NATIONAL STATISTICS INSTITUTE. MADRID. SPAINWe are talking about a 6,000m2 curtain wall with a sili-cone adhesive stick sealant system to our aluminium pro-files. On concrete visual areas, colored glazings werechosen to provide a statistic criteria. On each floor youcan notice a big jug with solar panels inside of them andfootbridges all along the façade serving two differentpurposes: as a footbridge itself and also as sunshadesto the actual building. Also 16, 000 m2 of compositealuminium panels were placed around four facades.Two spectacular canopies can be seen from the Paseode la Castellana street making a striking impression onstreet pedestrians walking by.

Se colocaron unosmotores hidráulicos que elevaban todo el conjunto hasta 1m. de altura para dar ventilación al interior en momentosdeterminados. Por el exterior de la pirámide se colocaronbandas de aluminio lacado de 3 mm. de espesor en formade damero con los colores de la bandera de Aragón.

IRLANDAHIBERLUX fue la empresa adjudicataria de los muros cortina y lucer-narios de este hotel de 6 estrellas, habiendo sido ofertado por lamayor parte de las empresas más reconocidas a nivel Europeo.Posteriormente a través del Instituto Wintech (Birmingham) se pasa-ron varias pruebas imprescindibles para su instalación. Los muros cor-tina estaban calculados para soportar un empuje de viento de 2KN/ m2.

THE RITZ CHARLTON POWERSCOURT HOTEL. DUBLIN. IRELAND HIBERLUX was the chosen company to build the curtain walls andskylights of this luxury hotel, competing with the most prestigious andwell known enterprises all over Europe. Later on several essentialtests were performed by the Wintech Institute in Birmingham to reas-sure its proper installation. The curtain walls were calculated to resistan endurance wind test (2 kn/m2 resistance).

PALACIO DE CONGRESOS Y EXPOSICIONES DE HUESCARevestimiento de un prisma de hormigón con vidrio curvadotranslucido y ondulado. Se diseñó un perfil especial cuyasección transversal es como un medio diábolo al que se leprolonga un lado. En esta obra se realizaron todas las car-pinterías, un lucernario de 330 m2, y la escalera de vidrioque servía de acceso al vestíbulo de la primera planta.

HUESCA´S INSTITUTIONAL EVENTS AND CONVENTIONCENTER BUILDINGA concrete prism with curved translucent and wavy glazingcladding system. We designed a special profile whose cros-sed section is like a half spinning top with an enlarged sideeffect. In this construction project we executed all the alumi-nium window framing, a 330m2 skylight and a glazing stair-case which gave access to the first floor building lobby.

VALENCIA´S SAMPLE INTERNATIONAL FAIRA 192m. in lenght and 20m in width vaultedskylight, developing 4,000m2. The HIBERLUXaluminium profiles are placed on top of an ironstructure having triangular modulation gla-zings.

SEDE SOCIAL SOGECABLE. TRES CANTOS. MADRIDLamas de vidrio curvado y serigrafiado con diseño de códi-go de barras, colocados por el exterior de los muros corti-na para dar sombramiento al interior. El vidrio está ancladoen cuatro puntos a grampones de acero inoxidable siendotodo el conjunto motorizado y accionado mediante electro-rreductores que mediante un temporizador, se ponen enmovimiento cada cierto tiempo para colocarse en todomomento perpendicularmente al sol. Esta obra obtuvo elpremio de mejor fachada ligera en Veteco 2.004.

SOCIAL HEAD OFFICE. SOGECABLE. TRES CANTOS.MADRID. SPAINCurved and serigraphic glass louvres with a special stripcode design, serving a sunshade purpose to the building´scurtain wall. Frameless glazing stainless steel dot point sticksystem where the whole structure is motorized being activa-ted through a timing device system which allows each louvreto be placed perpendicularly to the sun. This project won anumber one price to the best façade in Madrid´s Veteco Fair2004.

THE GRAN VIA MALL. VIGO. SPAINSpecial designed skylights (ship shaped design, volca-no design, etc…) providing this mall with a very singu-lar type of style. On the ship shaped skylight you cannotice stainless steel drilled plates to simulate a shipkeel. All glazing units were solar controlled glass.

CENTRO COMERCIAL AIRESUR. CASTILLEJA DE LACUESTA. SEVILLA4.000 m2 Lucernario irregular, siendo todos los vidrios irre-gulares y distintos entre sí. La estructura de acero y ellucernario completo fue realizado por HIBERLUX. Se colo-caron 360 uds. exutorios motorizados. Como cierre de losdos frentes verticales del lucernario se montaron dos muroscortina abotonados con rótulas de acero inoxidable.

AIRESUR MALL CENTER IN CASTILLEJA DE LA CUESTA.SEVILLE. SPAIN 4000 m2 irregular skylight, irregular glazing and differentmeasures within. The structure steel and the rest of the roo-flight was entirely built by HIBERLUX. Around 360 automa-tic window shutters plus a curtain wall was added to theproject. Both fronts of the building were built with a gla-zing stainless steel dot point curtain wall system. All theskylight´s glazing was made of 1,800 totally differentunits with 1,000 different measures.

MUSEO DEL PRADO. CLAUSTRO DE LOS JERÓNIMOS. MADRIDLucernario de 19 x 19 m. dividido en cinco lucernarios a cuatro aguas, con grandes canalo-nes diseñados para la recogida de aguas pluviales, siendo la perfilería de aluminio lacadoespecial Interpón 525. El cerramiento se realizó con vidrios extraclaros con bajo contenido enóxido de hierro.

MONUMENTO 2 DE MAYO. MOSTOLES. MADRIDSobre una gran estructura de acero corten se colocó unlucernario de 20 x 20 m. a dos aguas, prácticamenteplano. El vidrio está compuesto por un laminar de 20mm. (10+10) con butiral de color tipo vanceva .

MAY 2ND 1808 MONUMENT IN MOSTOLES. MADRID.SPAINAbove a great Corten steel structure we located a 20 m.x 20 m. gable roof skylight with a 20mm. (10+10) dou-ble laminated tinted glazing.

PABELLON DE GALICIA. EXPO ZARAGOZASe realizó una estructura de acero de 7,2 x 12,4 m. En la misma secolocaron 3.055 envases llenos de agua de Galicia de 20 cm. delado. Por detrás de dichos envases y estructura se colocaron leds,dando iluminación a todo el conjunto alternativamente, de forma quese apreciaban imágenes como si de una gran pantalla se tratara.

GALICIA´S PAVILION. ZARAGOZA´S INTERNATIONAL FAIR.SPAINBased on a 7.2 m. x 12.4 m. steel structure 3055 containers werefilled with water from Galicia measuring 20 centimeters, for a wallstand set up. Behind such structure we built with leds, a big screeneffect where illuminated images were shown.

Sobre la misma se colocó el perfil dealuminio HIBERLUX con tres niveles de desagüe, siendo elvidrio sujeto mecánicamente con sistema SG. Se forma-ron 268 triángulos todos distintos entre sí. Todas las jun-tas están selladas con silicona neutra no apreciándoseperfilería desde el exterior.

PUERTA DEL SOL TRAIN STATION. MADRID. SPAINFrosted stainless steel caterpillar shape form skylightbuilt in a polygon manner. The HIBERLUX greenhouses are built with steady andlasting materials such as galvanized iron, aluminium andglass, designed to last years and stand the most adver-se conditions there are. The modulation construction ofHIBERLUX greenhouses provide extensions in any way,type or form and to be combined within a wide varietyof models.

These HIBERLUX greenhouses can be provided with thenecessary equipments to be controlled through an elec-tronic central switchboard, linked to a computer device.We also build fixed or sliding boards for plants purpo-ses with a heating incorporated system.

HIBERLUX built more than a thousand installations inSpain, France, Portugal, Switzerland, Morocco,Germany, Greece and Arabic Countries.
