Founded by Arch. Giuseppe Perfetto in January 2002 Studio solardesign is several years a point of reference

in the field of Consulting, Planning and Project Management of integrated photovoltaic and solar thermal

systems, Bioclimatic Architecture and Built Environment, vocational training and academic

Architectural design with targeted approach to maximizing comfort levels in summer and

winter environments. The main aspects on which is based the development of our projects

are: orientation and shape of the building, arrangement of glass surfaces, control of the

shadows at various times of the year, insulation of the external envelope of the building,

integrated approach in the design and management system component of the building

(heating, summer cooling, natural ventilation and / or mechanical, interior lighting, home

automation and intelligent management) systems are used for energy production from

Renewable Energy Sources, customization and design flexibility.

REGIONAL ENERGY POLICY

Drafting and adaptation of planning instruments in the field of energy conservation and

environmental protection: Energy Plans Regional, Provincial, and Municipal Action Plans for

Sustainable Energy (SEAP) aimed at reducing CO2 emissions (Europe 2020 strategy and

approach).

The studio offer consulting services and high quality design to accompany Public Administration at

all stages of the process of rationalization and efficiency of energy consumption: i.e. analysis of the

energy situation in the municipality, the identification of the main critical aspects in the definition of

policies and actions to be pursued.

Power Management for park management buildings, schools, hospitals, waterworks and sewage,

public lighting, transport, waste management.

Low Energy Buildings in L’Aquila

Following the earthquake of 2009, the reconstruction is planned

in areas not adjacent to the old town areas to be equipped with

facilities, infrastructure and buildings earthquake resistant.

The achievements are assigned to different tenders by the

Municipality of L'Aquila and mainly manufactured with low

energy consumption and production systems from solar, thermal

and photovoltaic.
