Publicado por World Library Publications.

May the God of peace make us completely holy. May God keep us blameless in spirit, soul and body for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Forever faithful is the One who calls us—God our Father! Expectant, let us live in joyful hope for the revelation of the glory of our God and Savior, Christ Jesus! To him be glory forever! Come, Lord Jesus! Your grace be with us all. —From Come, Lord Jesus by Lucien Deiss, CSSp, copyright 1976, 1981, Lucien Deiss. Published by World Library Publications. p. 127

Recyclable Bins Update

As you may notice, we no longer

have the large receptacles in our

parking lot for paper recycling

and clothing donations. They

were permanently removed

because they were not costly

effective, they continually

caused damaged to the pavement and there was always

an unsightly amount of overflow strewed around the

receptacles.

The St. Vincent De Paul Society, an honorable Catholic

agency, gladly accepts such donations at the following

locations. They also

provide a pick-up service

for large items.

Retirement Fund for Religious December 19 & 20 Collection

Please give to those who have given a lifetime.

“My life is tied to the liturgy and the Eucharist,” says Precious Blood Sister Ann Hipp, 95, who entered religious life in 1937. “It’s part of who we are as a community.” As a teacher for 50 years, she shared this love of the Eucharist with her students. At age 70, Sister Ann traded in her chalk for a sewing needle and today still helps craft altar cloths and vestments.

Like Sister Ann, tens of thousands of senior sisters, brothers, and religious order priests have dedicated their lives to sharing their faith. Generations of Catholics recall with gratitude their work in Catholic schools, hospitals, and social service agencies. Yet years of ministering for little or no pay came at a price, and now their religious communities lack adequate savings for retirement and eldercare. Your gift to the Retirement Fund for Religious helps provide prescription medications, nursing care, and more. Please be generous.

Over 93 percent of donations aid senior religious.

Month 2 Keep praying for me! I am two months old now and

about 2 inches long. Look! You can see

my eyes, nose and mouth. I will use them to experience God’s world

after I am born

A Reminder

Jesus, Mary and Joseph, I love you very much. I beg you to spare the life of the unborn baby that I have spiritually adopted who is in danger of abortion.

Prayer of Achbishop Fulton J. Sheen

Please remember to pray daily for your Spiritual Adopted Baby and the baby’s mother and father. During your earthly life this spiritually adopted child of yours will be known only to God but in the world to come it is hoped that you will meet the child whose life was spared by your prayers and spend eternal happiness with them.

Mes 2 ¡Siga rezando

por mí! Ya tengo dos

meses de edad y mido casi 2

pulgadas. ¡Mira!
