1.-DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO

El día domingo 10 de julio del 2016 aproximadamente a las 18:00 hrs, se disparan los interruptores K2 y K5 ubicados en el tablero de media tensión de la subestación principal de 115 KV. Se revisan las Oscilografias en los relevadores de las celdas K2 y K5 para determinar las fases las cuales tuvieron el incremento de corriente.

3.-CONCLUSIONES

De acuerdo a los datos analizados se puede concluir lo siguiente:

1. El disparo fue causado por una sobrecorriente en la fase A.

2. Debido al desbalance de corriente, la magnitud del elemento de protección 3I0 sobrepasó el límiteajustado por lo que el relevador liberó correctamente la falla.

3. El disparo en ambos interruptores se debió a que la coordinación de protecciones no es la correcta.

4. Como es un sistema aterrizado a través de una resistencia, la corriente de falla se ve limitada a unvalor de 400 amperes aproximadamente, esta característica permite que los elementos fallados nose destruyan lo cual es común en sistemas sólidamente aterrizados. La desventaja de estos sistemases que no se puede detectar fácilmente elemento que provocó la falla, estas magnitudes decorriente pueden confundirse con sobrecargas.

En los anexos A1 y A2 se puede observar detalladamente los ajustes de los relevadores y los registros que éstos guardaron.

4.-RECOMENDACIONES

Se recomienda realizar pruebas a los siguientes equipos: Apartarrayos. Cables subterráneos. Relevadores de protección. Actualizar estudios de corto circuito y coordinación de protecciones.
