1 INFORMACIÓN
NOMBRE DEL PRODUCTO:Atadora completamente automática.
OBJETIVO DEL PRODUCTO:La atadora se utiliza como herramienta de mano para atar tomates, pepinos, uvas, pimientos, be-renjenas, plantas de jardinería y vides. Los agri-cultores atan las plantas de tomate, de pepino y vides a una estructura. Habitualmente con una cuerda a mano, lo que es un trabajo muy intenso y poco eficiente, dado que la cuerda es de cáñamo, se rasga pero también puede dañar fácilmente los tallos y las flores. La atadora, que se utiliza con una sola mano para atar el tallo de la planta, em-plea un alambre de 0,6 mm o 0,8 mm de un solo lazo y anillo doble que puede autorregularse. La máqui-na posee una estructura compacta, es cómoda de utilizar, eficiente y no daña las plantas.

4 INSTRUCCIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
1. PREPARACIÓNCargue la batería de litio sin usar durante 1 hora y media antes de utilizar la máquina. La máquina no se puede utilizar hasta que la batería no esté totalmente cargada.
Pasos de carga:
1. Inserte la batería en el cargador según lo indica-do y conecte la alimentación de corriente.
2. Si la luz roja está encendida y la luz verde está apagada, la batería se está cargando.
3. Si la luz verde está encendida y la luz roja está apagada, la batería está completamente cargada. La máquina ya se puede utilizar.
2. INSTALACIÓN DE LA BATERÍAInserte la batería en la posición pertinente del mango de la atadora
3. INSTALACIÓN DE LA BOBINA DE ALAMBRE (SOLAMENTE SE PERMITE UTILIZAR ALAMBRE DE NUESTRA EMPRESA)1. Encienda el interruptor de alimentación (botón rojo) del mango. El LED se enciende y se emite un sonido de arranque similar a un goteo. Esto quiere decir que la máquina está encendida.
2. En el modo de encendido, suelte la lámina de fijación de la cubierta de la bobina y abra la cu-bierta.
3. Saque la bobina de alambre, corte los nudos (asegúrese de que no haya nudos ni dobleces en el alambre de hierro), enderece el extremo del alam-bre (unos 10 cm). Coloque la bobina de alambre en la máquina en sentido horario e inserte el extremo del alambre en la tubería cónica del alambre.
Atención: sujete la bobina de alambre con firme-za cuando corte los nudos formados en la bobina para que el alambre no se suelte. Si se suelta el alambre, se puede atascar la bobina.
4. Inserte el extremo del alambre en la tubería có-nica hasta que quede bloqueado.
5. Vuelva a colocar la cubierta de la bobina de alambre y ciérrela con la lámina de fijación.
6. Sujete el alambre con dos dedos y empújelo hacia delante. Pulse el botón de marcha «start» y saque el alambre.
7. Cuando se gaste el alambre o este tenga que sacarse, presione la lámina de fijación, abra la cu-bierta de la bobina y tire de la bobina desde detrás para sacarla.
4. AJUSTE DEL CÍRCULO DEL ALAMBRE
5. AJUSTE DEL NÚMERO DE CÍRCULOS Si se rota la manija de círculos, cuando la manija está en la flecha de 1 vuelta, la atadora realizará un solo círculo, mientras que cuando la flecha está en 2 vueltas, la atadora completará dos anillos. Gire la manija según sus necesidades particulares.

La rueda azul ajusta el par girándola según las instrucciones del icono. El par aumenta en sentido horario.

ESTRATEGIA DE ATADO
MANTENIMIENTO
1. El proceso de atado será más eficiente si se ata la varilla ligeramente inclinada hacia la izquierda y hacia la derecha alternativamente.
2. Se producirá una leve vibración cuando la máquina esté atando la varilla, de modo que procure mantener la mano en la máquina con la fuerza adecuada. Se puede relajar según corresponda.
3. Preste atención a los gestos cuando suelte el mango, suba el cabezal de la máquina antes de terminar la operación.
1. Limpie la máquina con regularidad con el fin de mantener limpios el saliente del alambre y las demás partes.
2. La máquina se podría dañar si la arroja.
3. No coloque la batería junto a otros objetos de metal con el fin de evitar cortocircuitos.
4. Con el fin de evitar daños, no se permite que personal sin la debida formación desmonte la máquina.
5. En caso de avería irresoluble, lleve la máquina a un técnico de mantenimiento autorizado o al centro de servicio técnico designado por nuestra empresa.
Atención: Es normal que aparezcan arañazos en el saliente del alambre. Provienen del proceso de elimina-ción de fallos de la máquina y no son indicativos de que se trate de una máquina de segunda mano.

7 LOCALIZACIÓN DE AVERÍAS
FALLOS CAUSAS SOLUCIONES
La atadora deja de funcionar 1. El programa del circuito no ha arrancado.2. La batería no está insertada o no está apretada 3. Batería agotada.4. Bobina de alambre ausente o no se ha instalada la bobina de alambre que se especifica.5. Fallo en el motor o en la placa electrónica.
1. Arranque el programa del circuito según el funcionamiento manual. 2. Inserte de nuevo la batería.3. Cambie la batería o vuelva a instalarla después de que esté totalmente cargada.4. Inserte la bobina de alambre especificada.5. Deje de utilizar el producto y envíe la máquina a un técnico de mantenimiento para su reparación.
Pantalla apagada 1. La batería no está insertada o no está apretada 2. Batería agotada.3. Fallo en el motor o en la placa electrónica.

El motor funciona, pero no sale el alambre
1. El alambre no se ha insertado en el extremo cuando se introdujo en la tubería cónica.2. El alambre está doblado o con nudos. 3. El saliente del alambre se atasca.
1. Inserte el alambre en el extremo de la tubería cónica. 2. Saque el alambre y corte el segmento doblado o con nudos.3. Retire lo que bloquea el saliente del alambre.
Alarma de zumbador
Zumbido de alta frecuencia y frecuente
1. Batería baja. 2. Conexión deficiente entre la batería y la máquina.

1. Fallo del circuito.2. Fallo del motor.
Atado doble Después del primer nudo, el botón de arranque se activa antes de que salga de la máquina, por lo que se activa un segundo nudo.
Corte el alambre con alicates de corte. Tire del alambre si hay alguno en el saliente. Pulse el botón una sola vez para que ate un nudo en la próxima ocasión.
(CAMBIO DE ALAMBRE)El alambre del arco no está en el lugar correcto de la mordaza, por lo que falla el atado
La mordaza está bloqueada, lo que provoca que haya que intervenir sobre la pista del alambre. Por consiguiente, el alambre no sale por el lugar correcto.
Ajuste el ángulo de atado y limpie los obstáculos de la pista del alambre de modo que se elimine cualquier interferencia.
Indicadores del cargador apagados Cargador averiado Sustitúyalo por un cargador nuevo
Los indicadores del cargador parpadean alternativamente
Conexión deficiente entre la batería y la máquina, o bien no se puede utilizar la batería.

8 SERVICIO POSVENTA
Este producto está cubierto por una garantía de 6 meses o de 300 000 accionamientos (lo que ocurra primero) desde la fecha de compra, con una garantía de 3 meses para la batería. La garantía queda anulada en caso de daños provocados por usar una bobina de alambre, un cargador o una batería inadecuados.

9 NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD
1. Lea detenidamente estas instrucciones antes de utilizar este producto.
2. Bajo ninguna circunstancia toque la mordaza durante el proceso de atado.
3. No toque la bobina de alambre ni el alambre du-rante el proceso de atado.
4. Si la máquina emite un sonido de alarma, desco-necte la fuente de alimentación inmediatamente y solamente utilice la máquina una vez solucionado el problema.
5. La batería debe introducirse solamente según la polaridad indicada. No la inserte al revés.
6. La batería debe mantenerse alejada de objetos a altas temperaturas como las llamas abiertas.
7. La batería no debe quedar expuesta a la hume-dad ni a la lluvia.
8. Evite que el producto sufra golpes.
9. Solamente se puede utilizar el alambre y la bo-bina de alambre específicos de este producto. El usuario asumirá todas las consecuencias que se deriven de los daños provocados en la máquinas por no utilizar la bobina de alambre o el alambre específicos.
10. Solamente se puede utilizar el cargador espe-cífico en este producto. El usuario asumirá todas las consecuencias que se deriven de los daños o
incidentes provocados por no utilizar el cargador específico.
11. Solamente se puede utilizar la batería especí-fica. El usuario asumirá todas las consecuencias que se deriven de los daños o incidentes provoca-dos por no utilizar la batería específica.
12. No se permite la conexión sin carga de los electrodos positivo y negativo.
13. Si la batería se deforma, por ejemplo si se dila-ta, deje de utilizarla.
14. Para comprobar o reparar la atadora, apáguela y retire la batería previamente.
15. Este producto solamente puede ser desmonta-do por personal con la debida formación.
16. Mantenga este producto fuera del alcance de los niños para evitar lesiones.
17. Este producto debe colocarse en un lugar seco, limpio y carente de gases corrosivos cuando no se esté utilizando.
18. El usuario asumirá todas las consecuencias que se deriven de los daños o incidentes provoca-dos por no utilizar el producto según las especifi-caciones de funcionamiento y las normas de segu-ridad pertinentes indicadas en el presente manual.

Las máquinas están garantizadas, según la legislación Española en vigor, exclusivamente por la posible utilización de materiales defectuosos en su construcción, o bien por defecto de fabricación.
Para la reclamación en el plazo de garantía, se deberá aportar documento original de compra en el que conste la fecha de adquisición de la máquina.
No se considera garantía el uso incorrecto de la máquina, como por ejemplo, la sobrecarga del aparato, su utilización violenta, daños por intervención de personas ajenas u objetos impropios, el incumplimiento de las normas de utilización del presente manual, o el desgaste por uso habitual, entre otros.

4 OPERATION INSTRUCTION
1. PREPARATIONPlease charge the unused lithium battery for 1.5 hours before using the machine. The machine can-not be used until the battery is fully charged.
Charging steps:
1. Insert the battery into the charger according to the signage, and connect power supply.
2. While the red light is on but the green light is off, the battery is being charged.
3. While the green light is on and the red light is off, the battery has been fully charged. The machine can be used then.
2. BATTERY INSTALLATIONInsert the battery into the relevant handle position of tying machine.
3. WIRE COIL INSTALLATION (ONLY WIRE FROM OUR COMPANY IS ACCEPTABLE)1. Turn on the power switch (red button) of the handle. LED is on, and the starting-up “dripping” sound is given out. That means the machine is on.
2. In the power-on mode, release the lock sheet of coil cover and open the cover.
3. Take out the wire core, cut the twining knots (guarantee no knots or bending of the iron wire), straighten the end of the wire (approx. 10cm). Put the wire coil into the machine clockwise, and in-sert the end of the wire into the wire taper pipe.
Attention: hold the wire coil tightly when cutting the twining knots of the wire coil, in order to pre-vent the wire from loosing. Loosing wire could get the wire coil stuck.
4. Insert the end of the wire into the taper pipe until it is blocked.
5. Put the wire coil cover back, and lock the lock sheet.
6. Hold the wire with two fingers and push it forward. Press the “start” button, and send out the wire.
7. When the wire is used up or the wire is needed to be taken out, press the lock sheet, open wire coil cover, and then pull out wire coil from behind.
4. WIRE CIRCLE ADJUSTMENT

OPERATING SKILLS
MAINTENANCE
1. In tying process, the effect will be better if tying the rebar slightly inclined toward the left and the right alternately.
2. There will be a slight shaking when the machine is tying the rebar, but please do hold the hand on machine with proper strength. It is feasible to relax properly.
3. Pay attention to the gesture when leaving the handle, raise the head of the machine, and then succeed in ending the operation.
1. Please clean the machine regularly, in order to keep the wire beak and other place clean.
2. Don’t throw the machine at will, in order to avoid damage to parts.
3. Don’t put the battery and other metal ware together, in order to prevent short circuit.
4. Disassembling machine by laypeople is prohibited, in order to avoid any damage.
5. Please return the machine to authorized maintenance personnel or service center designated by our com-pany for repair in case of any irresoluble faults.
Attention: It is normal to find scratches on the wire beak, which results from the debugging of the machine and does not suggest the machine is a second-hand device.

7 TROUBLE SHOOTING

Tying twice After the first tying, the start button is activated before pull out the machine, thus triggering a second tying.
Cut the wire with diagonal pliers. Pull out the wire if there is any wire in the wire beak. Please press the button once for one tying next time.

The arch wire is not in the right place of the Jaw, which leads to tying failure
The jaw is blocked, which will cause intervention of wire track. As a result, the wire does not come out in the right place.
Adjust the tying angle and clean the obstacles in the wire track, so as to eliminate all interference.

8 AFTER-SALES SERVICE
The half-a-year guarantee or guarantee of 300,000 times (depends on the earlier arrival) will be provided for this product from the date of purchase, with 3-month guarantee for the battery, but the guarantee will not be provided for any damage caused by using non-designated wire coil, charger and battery.

9 SECURITY RULES
1. Please read this instruction carefully before using this product.
2. In tying process, hands are, in any case, forbid-den to touch the jaw.
3. In tying process, hands are forbidden to touch wire coil and wire.
4. When the machine sounds an alarm, please dis-connect the power supply immediately, and then use the machine after troubleshooting.
5. The battery must be inserted according to the signage of positive and negative electrodes and reverse insertion is forbidden.
6. The battery must keep away from high-tempera-ture objects such as open fire.
