INGREDIENTS

• 80ml Akbar Ice Tea

• 50ml white rum, Pampero Blanco

• 20ml fresh lime juice, 15ml sugar syrup

• 10 mint leaves, slices of mango, strawberry, lime

METHOD

• Put the rum, juice and syrup into the glass and stir

• Fill ¾ of the glass with crushed ice

• Add the fruit slices, then add the tea

• 100ml chilled Akbar Ice Tea

• 40ml un-oaked Chardonnay

• 10ml Monin mint syrup

METHOD

• Add all ingredients to the glass and gently stir

• 80ml fresh brewed Chelsey Mango

• 1 large scoop of white chocolate ice cream

• 20 ml of Monin Noisette syrup

METHOD

• Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and

strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass

• 120ml fresh brewed Chelsey Blackcurrant

• 20ml Monin Elderflower syrup

• 3 large scoops of stracciatella ice cream

and pour into a pre-chilled highball glass

• Top up with crushed ice
