1-1. Cálculo del consumo de materiales para la soldadura
El consumo de productos para la soldadura necesitados para soldar bordes con una
longitud de (cm) pueden ser calculados por la fórmula siguiente. Fórmula de cálculo :
[ Longitud de soldadura(cm) x Longitud soldadura (cm)] ÷2
×Factor de refuerzo*1 = El área seccional de cruce de metal de soldadura (cm2)
[ El área seccional de cruce de metal de soldadura (cm2)]×La longitud de la
línea de soldado (cm)
×7.85g/cm3 (Densidad del acero) = A la masa necesitada de metal depositado (g)
A la masa necesitada de metal depositado (g) ÷eficiencia de la deposición
(%)×100
= al consumo de productos para la soldadura (g)
*1 El factor de refuerzo es 1.2 para el cálculo de la soldadura de borde mostrado en la
figura de abajo.
Eficiencia de la deposición: el radio de la masa de metal depositado a la masa de
materiales consumidos para la soldadura.

Soldadura a tope
Los datos para el cálculo de consumo de materiales para la soldadura para una ranura V
simple. Las juntas para la soldadura a tope se muestran en lo siguiente.
Los datos de cálculo en las siguiente páginas ha sido obtenido para una ranura V simple
con una rango de grosor de placa de (6~22mm), ángulos de ranura, espacios de base y
tallas de cara de base.
*1 El consumo de cables de núcleo de flujo (tipo DW) debe ser
calculado multiplicando aquel del cable sólido por 1.05
