Quesos El Pastor - Hijos de Salvador S.A. it was created in 1967 by Lorenzo, Salvador and Domingo, three brothers from Santa Cristina de la Polvorosa (Zamora) SPAIN.
It is currently under the management of Marco Rodríguez, second generation of the family.
